Sharon in the Gloucester town centre branch was amazing today. So helpful and really went above and beyond. She solved my problem and gave fabulous customer service on top of that! Thank you Sharon.

It was good and fast response

Yesterday, my husband and I visited Gloucester Quays to find a new engagement ring and also to take care of my wedding band and my late Nana's ring. Our experience was wonderful, thanks to the amazing assistance of Carolyn and Claire. They were both highly professional and friendly, guiding me to make the perfect choices. Thank you both so much.

A few weeks ago my wife's quartz watch stopped (less than 2 years old) so we took it back to H Samuel (Gloucester Quays). 'Probably needs new battery, we can't do it here any more, we'll have to send it off. Will take 2-3 weeks. £50 (!) My wife paid in advance.
About 2 weeks later, text to say watch is ready for collection.
22/9/21 (shortly before 12 noon if Samuel care to check their your CCTV) arrived to collect watch, producing receipt plus card payment receipt stapled together. Watch found without problem - that'll be £50 please. Young man serving then confused because till system says payment due, despite card receipt not sure payment had been taken. Toldus we HAD to wait while he tried to contact his manager (not present) for instructions (not answering mobile). He told us we couldn't leave without the collection receipt. If it had me my watch, I would have told him to give me my property and what he could do with the receipt if he ever managed to print it. After a short time, the manager appeared with her shopping, and after several minutes sorted out the till system and triumphantly produced a 'collection receipt' which we didn't need; only a token apology for keeping us waiting. Appalling way to treat customers, manager clearly not up to the job leaving an ill-trained idiot to serve. BTW my wife used to own her own retail business.
Will never ever go to H Samuel again even if they remain in business!

Staff very knowledgeable I put a specialist watch in for repair and purchased another watch to me an age to choose but did not.feel pressured.
The store was clean and felt covid friendly and secure.

The lady that served me in the quays was very helpful after earlier in the day going to the branch in the town center and they were “shut for lunch”. Would definitely recommend the branch in the Quays. Thanks again

The young lady sales assistant was so lovely, even though we all have to wear our masks, i could still tell she was smiling when she greeted me and offered to help.

Hi I would like to give 5 stars I visited the store in Gloucester quays, I was looking for a gift and purchased a rose gold bangle. The staff who served me was friendly and helpful. She made sure all.covid guidelines were followed, and let me try the item. I was very pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately I had to return the item, when I went in again on saturday the staff present was helpful and friendly I was so impressed with the service I actually ended up exchanging the item.
The staff in Gloucester quays is friendly and helpful and I would definitely shop again.

I shop in H Samuel Gloucester Quays Outlet regularly,I like to look for a bargin and I am never disappointed here as they always have an offer, especially their diamonds and watches. Store staff are always really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Their covid measures make you feel very safe and looked after, which is important to me due to my age. Store is always very clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit.
