My visits to Samuel’s of Perth, have always resulted in being looked after extremely well.
Be it for a recent Watch service or advice on a particular Watch I was interested in purchasing.
Fiona is the go to Lady, as she has immense knowledge of the range of items on display.
and is totally Customer Centric.

Quick easy and I know it's 100% silver 925

My sister and I have bought a lot of jewellery for ourselves and gifts for our family. I also had my rings resized twice in the Perth shop. All the staff are amazing, very helpful and so friendly. I have been served mostly by a lady named Angie, who is so good and helps me choose exactly what I’m looking for. Even when the store is busy, the staff give you their full attention. I hope your staff get to know we thank them and have left feedback for them, of which they all certainly deserve.

Thank you sindy for making my mum's day. You succeeded in taking 6 links out of her watch wrist band. She was so pleased to have a watch that fitted. You are a gem .

I needed a new battery for my watch but couldn't wait for it. I went back two weeks later and it was ready for me. Staff members very polite and customers were being cautious about allowing for distancing.

I wanted to buy a watch a 65TH birthday present but I could not make up my mind. The assitant was very patient with me, took out several from the display cases gave me lots of advice when I had made my choice, explained how the warranty worked.
Having worked as a retail manager for over 30 years I can tell the difference between learned customer service and naturally good service and Kayliegh was very helpful, friendly and showed she genuily cared about this customer's requirements . Great job

I was buying an Engagement ring for my partner and this was the 3rd store I went in. At no point did I feel pressured and I simply had some good banter and conversation with a woman called Angie. I believe she was the manager. She was patient with me and spent as much time as I needed to make the right decision . I came back a day or so later after she ordered in the ring for me and ended up buying it. Good service and enjoyed my experience in the store.
