The lady in the shop in Lakside wasnt helpful at all,the whole staff were staying on thier phones and when I asked for help she just looked at me down and I was trying to ask for a smaller size but she wouldnt respond just took the ring of my hands and didnt even try to find any size.
Shame.

My experience was amazing, particularly made better by an employee called Liam. Who helped me find the perfect watch for myself along with a pendant for my partner. I personally would come back again just to receive that level of customer service from that young man again.

There was a particular employee named ariela which helped us to our every need, she was extremely helpful and nice even when we didnt get the sales, the prices are appropriate and the customer service is top notch

1. The fact that I only had to scan my bank details.
2. I was allowed to approve the transaction with my bank. It did not just go through.

I am really appreciate of the help I had with the whole team at the Lakeside branch when I came in. Specifically I was serviced by Steven who was great and shared insightful advice about what watch I can get which I ended up buying.

Extremely poor customer service received in the Lakeside Thurrock branch this morning at around 11am.

Went in with my partner to look at exchanging a ring I had purchased for him in that same store about 1 week before. Unfortunately, it was too small and the store advised they could not order it in as it was not available anywhere. I was super disappointed as this was a gift I had chosen for his birthday and as a little surprise following him proposing to me last month.

We decided to look at other options, the lady who served us (a middle aged Indian lady, apologises I didn’t get her name) could not have been less interested, less enthusiastic or less helpful. She didn’t offer to try a ring sizer on him, instead just pointing to the counter to help ourselves.

My partner suffers with anxiety and he was getting more and more nervous trying to find his size. She just stood by smirking. He decided a 2 would likely fit, so I asked if she could advise which ones would be available in this size. Again, she could not have acted less interested, shrugged her shoulders and then suggested a white gold wedding band?! Which was certainly not what I’d said we were looking for.

I actually gave up at this point and lost all interest and simply requested a refund there and then and said we’d go elsewhere. She did the refund, didn’t listen to me when I spelt my name out (subsequently getting the spelling wrong on my receipt) and again zero effort to even apologise that she/H.Samuel were unable to help.

In the end we went across the other side of the shopping centre to F Hinds and walked away with a ring for my partner as well as myself.

H.Samuel you need to review the customer service your staff offer especially individuals who clearly do not want to be there!

Absolutely shocking service from the Lakeside store. My fiancé purchased a gorgeous engagement ring online, one of the most expensive they do. It was one size to big and apparently was unavailable in any other store. I had the ring a day when I handed it over to the lakeside store to get it resized. For a very expensive ring all I have to show for it is a receipt and empty box. The store never answer their phone, today I have called 50 times. The ring was supposed to be back on the 13th August but it’s still not back today (17th). Please avoid them at all costs, please do not waste your money or put any special occasions in their hands.

My children brought me a watch for fathers day , amazing service , and very friendly they were very efficient and I was out of there very quickly ,fast and reliable service very relaxed not pushy on trying to make me buy .

Staff always on hand to help . Definitely would recommend and prices are really good

Great customer service, guided us to various options, left us to view options . Some stores are very pushy but not this one. Felt relaxed to spend as much time as we needed considering before finalising our purchase.
