Cheap product, not as advertised. I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes, both of which they are advertised the size as being available, then they declared they didn't have the one type of shoe/size and would issue a CREDIT. They said they issued the credit and to check with my bank, however they DID NOT and of course they were the more expensive shoes. Scammers completely. Sorry for everyone who lost money and hoping karma will take care of these individuals and I will keep working to have their website shut down. Negative rating, however there was no choice to select that rating.

This is a total scam, the do not send you the order until you dispute with the credit card company and then they sent you very low quality merchandise which is totally different from what they advertise, I don't know why facebook would let them advertise. Anyway, don't buy from this company.

DO not buy from this site. Their products are not what is advertised. I bought a pair of shoes that said "genuine leather" and they were made of PU and really cheap looking. I have made lots of complaints and they offered to reimburse me 20% but when I wanted the reimbursement they offered me 50% discount on the next order. What a scam...

I wish there were a zero-star option because this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had with Hudson & Co. Vancouver.

The shoes I received were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The sizing was completely inaccurate, making them uncomfortable and unwearable. The craftsmanship and materials did not reflect what was advertised, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality.

To make matters worse, the website was not functioning properly when I tried to get support or initiate a return, making the entire process frustrating and stressful. I felt completely let down as a customer.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hudson & Co. Vancouver. I regret spending my money on these shoes and would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

J'ai acheté ce qui devait être de superbes souliers en cuir brun sur ce site, mais j'ai reçu des souliers en plastique noir. C'est une arnaque totale. C'est une compagnie chinoise qui prétend faussement être située au Canada. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! IT IS A SCAM. I ordered shoes that took over 4 weeks to arrive. I can't even wear them. They are the worst quality. This company misrepresents itself as a Canadian business out of Vancouver but these shoes have a foam sole, absolutely not real leather and the buckles are broken. I was scammed out of $100 based on the site and literally threw them in the garbage because the company will not contact you for a refund. Please, please do not get scammed as well based on the high quality photos on social media ads. Huge mistake.

In the pics my short have a belt and i recive no belt for the price a have pay....

I am only giving one star because I cannot give -10.
I ordered what I thought was cute shoes. I ordered ladies 10.5. Yes it corresponds to 41 Eu sizing,
I got the shoes in about 6 weeks. In the ad it says ships UPS. Lie. They ship from China.
The shoes do say 41. However, they NOWHERE close to fit. I have a friend who tried them on who wears a size 7. They do not fit her. I wrote to the company multiple times. They take about 3 days to answer an email. They have offered me to send me another pair of shoes bigger. Interesting. According to the ad, 10.5 was the largest size they had. They want me to pay for shipping for another pair of shoes that will not fit? They will not refund my money. Do not ever buy from them. They go by multiple companies and advertise on Instagram.
Why would I trust them to send a pair that fits? This has been going on all month.

Absolutely the worse experience with the cheapest quality and no way to return .

Do NOT purchase anything from this website. They DO NOT honour any returns at all. My shoes was damaged at the toe and overall a plastic piece of junk. No way to get CS on the phone. It’s all AI responding to emails with the same email message with a slightly different spin. They will not provide any return labels because the cost of shipping returns is the customer…. but not to Canada! To Asia. These are thrives. They have no operation in Vancouver. Buyer beware

I waited over two months for my order, only to receive the wrong shoe style, incorrect size, and a top that was not the colour I ordered. The quality was poor, and customer service refused to resolve the issue despite photos and proof being provided.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Scam shopping website. Everyone should stop buying from this site. The product looks nothing like the advertisement, and the quality is terrible — it’s completely unwearable.

I contacted their customer service asking for a return, and they offered me a 10% refund while letting me keep the item. I refused because I can’t even wear it and wanted a full refund instead. After that, they replied in a mocking tone and sent me a return address in China, saying I had to ship the item back there before getting my refund.

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had

Two days ago, I saw an ad on Facebook. The website seemed very professional Hudson@Co Vancouver
(hudsoncovancouver.com) product seemed very high-quality, and I decided to order some summer shoes. They withdrew my money very quickly, but didn't provide an order number or any other information. I started messaging their website, asking about the order. They replied that they were very busy, but when I demanded to cancel my order and give a refund, they told me they had already dispatched my order. I realized it was spam, and now I don't know how to get my money back.

The order came three weeks after. It was badly packaged, no tags, no brands, nothing but two plastic sticks in a pair of shoes. The quality has nothing to do with what they have described. I sent letter, attached with the photos of shoes, to both website administrator and so called the founder Liam Hudson, describing the quality was so poor and the sizes are too small to wear.

They hadn’t reply for 6 days. One email bounced back two times. So I went to write on their Facebook page, and page admin immediately communicated with me, she gave me email address which was nothing to do with Hudson and Co. That Email doesn’t reply me either. The story of Hudson and Co changed from founder Liam to Liam and his sister whereas in FB a picture of two sister. In a few days, they took out the FB link from the webpage. They also took out a picture of the beautiful model replacing with AI generated brother and sister.

The bottom line I called the credit card company and explained the situation. When they realized the credit was recharged back they will rembourse me 20% of price if I don’t return. If I return, there must be tags which I don’t see any tags. And these shoes do not fit me, nor anyone wants to wear them. I have to throw them out.

Guys, don't buy from this company. It's a scam. After waiting for months for the shoes, untrue to size and description. The quality is extremely poor and they don't refund the money and do not facilitate the return. Basically, I lost my money.

Very disappointing experience with this company. The shoes I received looked completely different from the polished, elegant product photos advertised online. The actual shoes were flimsy, poor quality, lacked structure, and the heel and buckle design did not match what was shown on the website.
I waited over a month for delivery, only to receive a product that felt cheap and uncomfortable to wear. When I contacted customer service requesting a refund, I was initially offered only a partial refund and informed I would need to pay expensive international shipping fees back to China to return them.
As a consumer, I find it very misleading to advertise a high-end looking product and deliver something of significantly lower quality. Buyers should be aware that what you receive may not accurately reflect the website photos, and the return process is difficult and costly.

Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this company again.
