Technological e-scooter, but there are problems
I received a defective electric scooter HX X6 36V5A (19.04.2024) out of the box and support did not help with my issue! I took a video of the electric scooter malfunctioning and sent it to support. Support is not responding. I wrote to them again, they replied that they showed my video about the malfunction of the electric scooter to the engineer, that’s all! Silence again, NO answer! After some time, I wrote to support again, and lo and behold, support wrote that the problem was with the motor, and that they were ready to send me a new motor! Now I'm waiting for a new motor from them.
UPD: I received a new wheel motor from the company! I changed the motor on the scooter, everything works great. So you can trust this company, they provide warranty support!
