Good service but mixed view on quality
I cannot fault their customer service. Received single tile instead of 1 box - great on telephone/response & sent missing tiles by express delivery. Quality however not quite as good as expected/hoped, picture as described but edges not 'square/flat' - almost looked like 2 very thin tiles put together & not completely covered by gloss finish. Fine if grouted together on wall but not if edges left visible as we wanted.

Difficult to choose from their vast range of beautiful tiles. I had a few questions re availability and delivery times. Communication very prompt and accurate. The tiles arrived perfectly packed and on time

Beautiful tile selection at fair price, delivered relatively quickly and packed carefully... Delivery charge is a bit more than I'd like to pay (hence the 4 stars, rather than 5) but not too bad.
