I have used i-escapes a couple of times to help with booking accommodation abroad. They have a great range of carefully selected hotels and other lodgings. They are efficient and very helpful in dealing with queries and questions. Very happy to recommend them for your travels.

We enjoyed our stay at Albero Copovolto in Sardinia very much indeed. I would give them maximum points in service (5), Food (5), Overall value (5) and Room (5). The garden and pool are sublime, Alessandro and his staff are all brilliant and we even loved the other guests. Alan and Wilma.

We have used I-escape on several occasions now and the accommodation and service from the team are always to a very high standard.We recently had some travel disruption and the team went out of their way to contact the property and support our changing plans. I will be booking again for our next getaway. The properties are always beautiful, different and definitely special. How lovely to book through a company that cares. Cannot recommend I-escape more - after leaving it late to book our family summer holiday I emailed them for help, and within an hour they had emailed a shortlist of places who all got back to me asap. Thanks to this incredible customer service we booked a holiday in Crete the day after they sent me the recommendations, would not have found it or even thought of Crete without these suggestions! I LOVE i-escape - I've recommended it to so many friends over the years - it's simply the best holiday website I've ever used, so brilliantly laid out, so easy to compare different options, the 'highs and lows' section is genius. I particularly love how you get a really good sense quickly when you're browsing, but then you get all the detail you need when you dig in. And the fact that there is such a range of prices available. I could go on and on...

We've been using i-escape for our adventures for the last 10 years and they've always come up trumps. Love the range of properties on offer. They've helped us with adventurous road trips in Morocco to high end villas for the family. Villa Jacaranda is a beautiful house with four guest rooms and a glorious garden within a central courtyard. Ajay, the owner has a keen sense of style and beauty so every room is carefully curated in terms of furniture, paintings and wall hangings. The bathrooms are spacious with complimentary, fragrant toiletries and fluffy white towels. Rooms have outside space with sea views and one with a porch into the garden. All rooms are comfortable, welcoming and calm.
Staff are so very friendly doing their best to ensure that your stay is just lovely. Ajay is very knowledgeable in terms of the area and is on hand for help if wanted, otherwise the emphasis is on your privacy in a very attractive environment. An oasis tucked away on the South Cliff away from the bustle of the town. An absolutely perfect place to stay.

We received fab advice and recommendations when piecing a tour of Vietnam together. Knowledgeable staff and loads of info on the hotels we booked. Can’t wait for this long overdue trip!

We found this Boutique Apartment on i-escape.com. It looked really nice and we contacted them. The owner was responsive immediately and gave us a lot of good information. We were convinced over the phone to book. This apartment is nothing close to boutique. The name implies UPSCALE and LUXURY. It is junk and is validated by i-escape to be what it is not. We booked for 8 days and walked away to stay a a real boutique place. No wire, no credit cards, only Paypal way in advance. We lost our $775 USD. The owner won't respond and i-escape has not stepped in to assist after numerous attempts to contact each.

Response to your reply: i-escape-----to think would walk away and lose $775 to stay at another hotel JUST BECAUSE OF SHEETS AND TOWELS. Seriously. No reader would be expected to believe your claim. The condition of the Apt was such that, while on vacation, I was not going to start negotiating all the problems with this fraud and further waste my trip. Buyer Beware I guess.

A wonderful independent, small travel company that I've been using for twenty years. Their hotel reviews are pretty spot on and I've particularly enjoyed their Greek portfolio - went to a fantastic place in the Peloponnese last October and just booked again.

We had the most amazing trip to Italy this year based on the recommendations and help from their bookings team (really informative chap helped piece together our itinerary). Interesting mix of hotels which all hit the mark for our family......thank you!

Pricing on their website bears no relation to quote provided by the hotel - jumped from £285/night advertised on their website to over £700/night when I tried to book (out of season). They tried to get out of this by saying the rate is 'from', but it is still falsely advertised.

I have used i escape for more than 10 years and it has never let me down. If you want to find a wonderful holiday in a fabulous place in stylish top quality accommodation then I escape is for you!

i-escape has become our go-to travel company since booking two locations in Mallorca, when our booking in Morocco was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Our deposit was swiftly reimbursed upon booking an alternative.
For fuss-free, exemplary customer service and accurate descriptions of locations, i-escape is the dependable choice. If a holiday location features on the i-escape website, it’s highly likely to be an extremely good choice.

Every time I have been in contact with this site, I have nothing but praise for the way they have handled our requests. They are super helpful and absolutely love the places which they have.

UPDATE. Following email exchanges and posting this review iescape have refunded my deposit. It is to their credit that they are willing to listen to legitimate grievances and take appropriate action. I appreciate their flexibility.

I've used iescape for years and I can't fault their choices but I think they've behaved woefully through this Covid crisis. I've had two locations cancelled because of govt restrictions and while the hotels and cottages have refunded deposits and balances, iescape continue to hold the booking deposit, will not refund them and insist they only be used as credit against a future iescape booking. I'm providing cash flow for the company when I need the cash myself. Not good enough.

This is my go to site for booking a holiday destination that will be exceptionally well curated and offer a holiday experience that is way beyond what the average travel site offers. They have visited almost all of the properties on their site and if they have not, they say so. They find hidden gems all around the world. They also cater for all budgets and sometimes their prices are cheaper than going direct!

I cannot rate this company highly enough - despite difficult circumstances during the summer of 2020 - they sought to find solutions to my difficulties post Government declarations of a 14 day isolation on return from Spain. I was able to transfer my booking to the following year. They were very considerate and very swift to respond to my concerns.
The product of hotels on offer is also discerning - I look forward to my 2021 holiday even more!

In general a big fan - great range of hotels, easy to search website and best of all super detailed practical reviews.

We have used this firm regularly over the last few years, but they have now let us down in the Covid debacle. No accountability, no caring about customers. There will be no business shortly.
