Rajen was absolutely amazing during such a tough time with what is happening with our building. He regularly gave updates to make sure we were okay and ensured we were accommodated for the required duration.
He was extremely efficient and his communication as brilliant.
This type of efforts makes the biggest difference during periods like these.

Lazlo and the team were fantastic, really helpful and understanding and just went out of their way to help. Because of Lazlo my children, my dog and myself have a roof over our head and vouchers for food and transport while my exploded boiler is being fixed. Great service, great people and overall so happy that they could help. He went above and beyond to get us somewhere as close to work/school as possible and kept me updated every step of the way, faultless service and nice people that are doing a great job.

Alexander Harding has been so helpful from the beginning. I was very overwhelmed and stressed and still am feeling uncertain and stressed but I am confident that things will go smoothly. He has been amazing in finding hotels close by that meet our needs. He also secured a suitable service accommodation for us with an amazing host. Next step is to move to a temporary accommodation while our place is reinstated and safe to go back to,

I would strongly suggest that any companies looking to contract a company to provide relocation services to look elsewhere. ICAB are unprofessional, under resourced and incapable of delivering anything they promise.

My partner and I have been in temporary accommodation while our building goes through cladding works, and when our apartment became unsuitable this summer it was a genuinely stressful time.

Samuel Webb-Stevens at ICAB handled our request to be moved, and I honestly cannot fault him.

What stood out was that we never had to wonder what was going on. Samuel kept us updated all the way through, even when there was nothing new to tell us, and when the suppliers dragged their feet he chased them on our behalf. When the apartment we had agreed on fell through at the last minute, he found us an alternative and made sure both the new booking and the extension of our current place were properly confirmed, so we were never left without a roof over our heads.

Always courteous, always responsive, and he clearly cared about getting it right for us rather than just closing a ticket.

as an agent having to work with Icab recently they do not seem to understand new rental legislation when it comes to rentals and what we can and cant do under the new legislation.

they are requesting documents we can not providing until due process has been done the claims handler very rarely come back to you and more to the point ignore information provided

I have received a very professional service from Icab despite a few bumps along the way which had nothing to do with Icab.

I found Icab professional, fast, detailed and committed. I want to give a special mention to Alex who worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with the service I received.

Romi at ICAB has been brilliant, and incredibly professional.
We've been kept up to date and in the loop at all times.

Had the misfortune to deal with ICAB ICAB ref - 1853686.as per my claim with CET another poor service provider after many calls chasing CET and ICAB both blaming each for admin issues finally got through to Ashley who booked accommodation for Travelodge Greenwich I informed as per my previous visit there a sewage leak occurred and came in through ceiling therefore I would not be happy to stay there she managed to get me accomdation for premier inn which was suitable I advised 2 rooms are required and my son who works nights and 5yr old child would also be staying she advised me to call back in morning to extend stay as accomdation would be provided for 2 night I called the next morning as advised they advised extra stay has been requested and would be approved before 12 so I would have to check out as my son needed to sleep after his night shift I made numerous calls to ICAB and CET both blamed each for admin delays both accomdation had been extended at 12 O had no choice but to vacate rooms my son had no choice but to sleep in car made numerous calls again toICAB spoke to a alleged supervisor Romy Mitchell who’s got no customer service skills what so ever mocking attitude no empathy could do with training how to deal with customer spoke to another agent Tracy who kept threatening me that call would be terminated if I kept talking my concern was how can you allow a human to sleep in a car in very temperatures in day and age she showed no concerned either don’t care attitude ICAB should be in a professional manner when talking to customers with vulnerable issues not treat them like rubbish after further more calls it was decided by ICAB and CET accomdation would be provided they just kept on stringing me along and hiding behind policy a following dishonest practices shame on ICAB for providing very poor customer service
As per response from ICAB two hours ago no further guidance given or if they will contact me to discuss further typical action of ICAB

Delivery and installation was smooth and problem free, the guys that did it were friendly and helpful, instructions were clear.
Similarly the guys that collected it were quick and efficient despite the road outside our house being extra busy with other peoples building works. They had to walk the iPod down the road to the trailer.

I have thoughts on the actual iPod too. Where do I put them?

Outstanding customer service, well organised, communication is great, was collected by Dave and Paul, really nice to know and arrived on time, very professional, just to mention Ross and Perry based in the office, it was so easy to communicate with them to organise delivery and collection, thank you Icab for looking after us, our best wishes to you all from the Chester family

Jack has been just the advisor I needed, he listened to my case and took action to find a suitable property within few days. Also he returned my calls on the day and within 24 hours, negotiated with Loss Adjuster & rental agency to make sure the entire process was as sooth as possible. I can only recommend ICAB Team - I could not have completed this emergenct move without them. Thank you again!

In the event of a house fire mainly bedroom but caused damage which meant unlivable,
ICAB was there when I needed , providing accommodation so I could have a roof over my head and get on best I could with my daily life. Can't praise enough!!!

The Claims handler of ICAB has always been helpful during emergency times. They always find the best property accommodation that provides great convenience and comfort for their clients. Shout out to Alexander and his team, I wish I could mention them all but all of them are really great. Excellent customer service and attends to all queries promptly.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kavita, who helped us find an apartment for my family. We had been under a lot of stress and anxiety due to the building works required in our own apartment, and she quickly found us a lovely place to stay. She was kind, attentive to our needs, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. It was also reassuring to have a few options to choose from. We are truly grateful for her support and highly appreciate all her help during this difficult time.

Very helpful and sorted any problems we had

Well I've had a experience for over 3 months and abit let me tell ya 😝 (i will say not with ICAB they was brilliant).. but when I come across ICAM I can say now ICAM is a legend and know how to talk, organise and know how to treat people with respect. Then I come across Erin Halpenny who then handled my situation, I cant tell you now I've never seen someone so determined, so helpful, so understanding and won't stop until sorted. Erin ur so very good at ur job and we need more people like you to show they care about people. I cant describe how many words you helped me out so much , if anyone would recommend anyone, recommend Erin she brilliant 😀 there's not many people like this i have come across.. IF UR LISTENING OR SEE THIS ERIN HALPENNY THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR HELP AND SUPPORT ALL THE WAY AND THE LITTLE GIGGLE BY TALKING 🤣ON THE PHONE BY ORGANISING MY PROBLEM, THANKS AGAIN DIANE B x
