Very poor customer service
'I would like to express my upset at the way we were treated at the Haagen Dazs Kiosk in Disney Springs on Thursday 21 September 2023. We had been out for my daughter-in-law's birthday and had enjoyed a lovely meal but decided to have ice cream for dessert rather than remaining at the restaurant. We ordered the ice cream, paid and then expected that we would get what we ordered. We were given a till receipt but the ice cream was already coming out and we had no time to look at it. One of the orders had been entered incorrectly - that's ok, everyone can make a mistake and I expected them to simply correct it. There was no cost implication they had simply written down the wrong flavour. I was therefore completely astonished that they adamantly refused to correct the order, they produced the till receipt which you will remember we had not had an opportunity to check and told us that we had been given 'what we paid for', they seemed to admit that a mistake had been made and apologised (sort of) but then continued to argue with us stating that they would only rectify the mistake if we paid double. Their attitude was horrifying and very upsetting, it ruined the evening for me.
I don't know if this behaviour is company policy, if you do want to behave in this way you should at the very least allow an opportunity to check the order before paying and handing it out.
