Since they are pricey jumpers I thought about getting one for over a year and studied the size chart attentively before placing my order. Sizing didn’t match real measurements. Contacted customer support who first responded confirming sizing of item sent if wrong and then disappeared in thin air. Very disappointing experience so far. I do not recommend this company.

Your company is very good. Great quality, good variety for men and women. However your promotional photo shoots show no one over 30. Hey, come on!! I'm 71. Not over weight, in good shape and have been to Iceland at least 20 times. But Icewear should not be only for the age groups you depict. I volunteer my services. It will expand your market. This sweater is so soft and warm and beautiful....
I bought one while being in Iceland. Then at home, I saw, the same one in another colour and in my size, so I had to order it.... ;-)

I saw this jacket on a gal working at the waterfall when we were in Iceland. She told me where she got it and I searched several stores but no one had a medium. When I returned back to the states I ordered it online. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived Saturday. Shipping is a bit expensive. I ordered the pink, however, I would say that the color is more of a watermelon. I do LOVE it.

I liked the wool cardigan. But the same size (XXL) in the Merino pullover was MUCH smaller. It is too expensive to return, so I gave it away as a gift..... a very expensive gift. Wish your sizing was more consistent! But I like the quality of the sweaters !

After more then one week waiting on it the item still didn't arrive.

Placed my order for a sweater and a sweatshirt and received an email confirming that the items were shipped within a few hours. I live in northwestern British Columbia and my order arrived in seven business days. The Icelandic wool sweater fits perfectly and feels and looks fantastic. The sweatshirt is warm and comfortable not to mention looks great as well. Definitely worth the price and will be buying from this company again.

The clothes are very high quality.
I am concerned about one of the sweaters I purchased as I look like a linebacker on top and the bottom is tighter than I wanted. I think their policy for returns/exchanges are good so I may go that route. The shipping was SO FAST! All and all, great experience.
