From the very first call with David in St Albans it could not have gone smoother or more efficient. Chloe was superb in keeping me in the loop re when gentleman was coming to measure to deposit and then when door was being installed.
George and Josh fitted the door and tidied up completely - no mess and made sure we knew how the door worked. Fabulous team. Thank you.

From the initial quote to delivery the team have proved calm, knowledgeable and flexible, despite some changes to the solution. I was most impressed with Christian's knowledge when he came out to do the quote, unlike some of the competitors who send 'sales' staff he was the one who would do the work so understood the pitfalls and gave advice on the roof. Emma and Allun in the office also provided excellent friendly and attentive service.

Allun, Christian and Emma done an amazing job at our property. We had custom shower enclosures, mirrors, splashbacks and glass doors fitted. Easy to deal with, professional and good workmanship. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to others.

The whole templating, ordering and installation process was particularly easy and the company were great in sorting out my fitting before I went on holiday.

Very pleased with our new internal glass doors. The work was booked in quickly and the guys that fitted the doors did a very professional job.

We are really pleased with the interior glass balustrade, it looks great and it makes our split-level dining room/ lounge situation safer, and the glass makes it fairly unobtrusive.
Allun provided prompt replies to my questions and requests. I would like to thank Ideal Glass for allowing us to change our minds at the last moment about having the metal supports powder-coated in white. The white supports make the balustrade look contemporary and blend in with our decor.
It was so helpful that Chris came out to take measurements beforehand. Other balustrade companies I had researched expected me to provide the measurements and I needed an expert to do this, plus to install. Chris's installation was perfect, no mess, and very professional.

Kitchen splashback looks fantastic!

if the fitting crew (nice blokes) had just spent an extra 5 minutes with a broom to round up all the shattered glass fragments than had ended up on the floor during the removal of the damaged section then this would have been a 5 start review(attention to detail) - I do find little things like this a complete irratation and especially as they had been supplied with a cuppa and a tip :-(
