The cartridge I ordered did not work…
The cartridge I ordered did not work properly, and I did the online chat with customer service. Which all that did was make me more upset!
I was told that since I used it I could not return it, I asked if since I had it overnighted if I could at least get shipping refunded or meet me half way and was told no, and the person I spoke to on chat's name was Felipe V. I'm sure that's not a real name but that's what came up on the screen. I know it is not their intent to not lose money, but I have never had an online chat CSR be so rude!
I actually then called the company. I spoke to someone named Blair, he was much nicer and I felt better even though nothing supposedly can be done!
I have since ordered a new one from another company.

Unfortunately, the Evolis ribbon that you purchased was not intended for your printing application. As a result, you experienced the issues you described. In addition, our Shipping & Returns policy states that media – like the printer ribbon you ordered – cannot be returned for a refund it if was opened.

I love that I can always pick up the phone and call and ID Wholesaler can tell me what I have purchased, what # my next proximity card needs to be, what kind of ink I need for my badge printer and place the order for me and charge to my account. I don;t have to do anything! And they do it with the nicest Sales Team ever. I will continue to keep coming back!
