Excellent customer service.
Bought a laptop and the wrong charger was sent, emailed them and they immediately sent out a replacement with a complimentary pen added too. Definitely recommend.

Very nice refurbished p.c only issue is the spec was partially inaccurate. In my favour it actually does have a dvd rw and an SD card slot though the listing omits this or to be more accurate states it doesn't have these facilities
