Complex purchase made simple. There is not a situation Justyna my broker and her associate Emily have not resolved. I have a portfolio of properties which is managed by Justyna and I couldn’t thank her and Emily enough to be fair. Always been a stress free experience and a quick turnaround when trying to get a mortgage. IMAB a great place to do business. The IMAB have been so helpful to me and my husband. 18 months ago we visited the St Albans branch and spoke with a member of the team. He helped us to go through our finances and assess what we needed to do in order to move. We worked on our finances and when we were ready to move he helped us through the whole process. We felt reassured by his advice during such a big decision making process.

Chris walked us through the process with professional manners and helped us sorted out the problem during the process. The Administration Team is amazing. Emily is very efficient in handling our case.

Great service from IMAB. Justyna was my main point of contact for mortgage advice and set out all my options very clearly. She was responsive to my queries and emails and was pleasant to work with. Follow up work was done by Emily who, again, was very responsive to my requests. It was this attention and speed of response which has helped my overall homebuying experience proceed so quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

Chris has been great throughout our entire mortgage journey. As first time buyers the whole thing can be daunting and he has been super informative and responsive, was able to help us maximise our budget and is always happy to explain at every step. From day 1, Chris has been incredibly helpful. Talking through options and affordability based on what we provided him. Everything so far has been smooth sailing, super easy to organise. The solicitor that he recommended have also been very quick so we're happy with that. And within a week, we have had confirmation of our mortgage offer! Would recommend to anyone if they wanted someone who knows their stuff and thinking about buying but not sure on what to do, to use IMAB and specifically Chris. Very knowledgeable and the whole process so far has been pain free.

I am immensely happy and grateful to the whole team at IMAB and especially to Justyna for handling our mortgage process. She made the process so smooth, she had great knowledge and workarounds and she was absolute pleasure to have as our mortgage adviser. Initially when we had issue with our credit score report despite our credit score being good she looked into it on different credit score platforms and worked through the issues we were facing. She was able to advise us on next steps and help us accordingly. Justyna took all the hassle out for us, she was concise, clear and patient with us which always helps when you have to deal with jargon. Also she was quick to respond to any emails or calls and always got back to us with updates.
Overall we are happy with the whole team, the service provided was beyond 5 stars and I would recommend to everyone who are looking for a smooth and informed mortgage journey. Many many thanks!
