Image-Restore.co.uk | Photo Restoration Services Reviews

The communication was prompt and the item was returned packaged well. Compared to family members who have had prints done elsewhere I feel this was quite pricy, but the service I received was good. Thank you.

The photo restoration Neil does is truly amazing.
Sent a scanned photo. He was very quick to respond to my email and produced the restored image in very quick time.
Highly recommend this service.

Very happy with the restoration of some treasured, but battered, family photos, dating from 1939.
Clear instructions given as to how to scan and upload the originals in the necessary format.
Also, a clear indication of the cost was given before ordering.
I was very impressed with the super prompt response to every email and the speed with which the re-prints were delivered to me.
I would not hesitate to use the service again.

Communication between Neil & the customer Is excellent. All queries /questions were answered promptly.
With regards to restoration of the damaged/faded photos, Neil was very honest about what would be possible/achievable.
Prior to final payment I was given the opportunity to view all the restored/edited photos that I had submitted and then given the opportunity to discuss the possibility of any further changes / amendments that I would like.
The restored photos along with the originals were returned by special delivery via royal mail. I was very pleased to see that Neil used part of my postage envelope in the return package as I am very keen to recycle where possible.

Excellent and helpful communications from the start and a really great result! My old photo was restored and enlarged and I am very happy with it, thanks so much!

Amazing results.

Photo Restoration Services have saved some very dear old photos and made them look like new.

Thank you.

Very efficient and professional service. Delighted with the result.

I cannot fault the service Neil has provided. He got back in touch regarding my enquiry quickly. His website offered a full detailed explanation of how to scan electronically to the correct standard. He sent me a proof via email a day after my submission, and edited any issues I had no questions asked. The payment was secure, and the final digital copy and physical copy arrived quickly. The physical copy is on high quality paper and was packaged with extreme care and arrived in perfect condition. The standard of the restoration is outstanding and it provoked multiple emotional responses from those close who hadn't seen the photo its a full glory for 20 years. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Neil restored my late parents wedding picture from 1945 which had a double exposure. The finished picture was a revelation and the quality is amazing. The details are so clear we can see figurines on their wedding cake. Thank you

The photo restoration service by Neil was excellent and the quality of the alterations could not be faulted. The end result was perfect and the service was prompt and reasonably priced. Definitively gets my return business.

Fantastic job to restore / scan a smoke damaged old black and white image. Thanks very much Neil. A job well done

I have used Neil's service twice recently and have found it to be very timely. The quality of the prints after restoration are superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending his service to you.

Very professional service and the speed for delivery was very good and the quality of the product is excellent.

This was the first time I have used a photo restorer. I was very impressed by the care taken by Neil not only with the actual restoration but also with the security and safe return of the original. The original print had been badly crumpled and torn at some stage in its 70-year history - now we have both an excellent digital image as well as a brilliant print. Thank you, Neil for a real professional job.

Being completely clueless about how to scan in my old picture for restoration Neil made the whole thing simple for me and took my old photograph, which I sent in the post, and worked his magic with it. I am delighted with the result and so glad that I picked Neil to do this work. I shall use him again and recommend him most highly to anyone wanting this service.

A 73 year old black and white image originally a 4ʺ x 3ʺ print scanned by myself with all the deteriorations of age, folds, fuzzy etc restored by Image-Restore.co.uk to produce a 12ʺ x 8ʺ print with which I’m delighted. I felt the cost very good value for money and the advice and help offered, the service and speed of delivery excellent and will certainly use the company again when I require a restoration.

I had some photos of me with my late father which were damaged. I contacted Neil to see whether he could support with restoring them to the original pictures they once were. Neil's communication was excellent, he kept me informed throughout the process and they were posted to me so quickly. I am so impressed with this amazing service and it was so much cheaper than I imagined it would be. Thank you so much Neil, I have been proudly showing everyone and recommending you.

Just had the best experience dealing with Neil. We wanted a couple of sun faded photos enhanced for a 50th wedding anniversary. Neil was exceptionally efficient (he’d done the work within 24 hrs!), communication was great and photos look amazing.
Can’t thank Neil enough!

Excellent quality restored photograph of our 1hr-old-daughter. and turned round incredibly quickly.

I had a very valuable photograph of my wife as a baby, 70 years old,. It was a very poor quality, faded and lots of creases and tares. I thought it was impossible to restore it but the Photo Restoration Services made a superb job on it. There were no marks left on the image and even brought out the pattern on her dress, amazing detail. This is an exceptional service! Highly recommended.
