The rollers on the left-hand side…
The rollers on the left-hand side washing the lower part of the cars weren't on; the system stopped shortly after starting, so I had to wait 5-7 minutes. Then, at the end, where the car is supposed to be dried, the light turned green but the car wasn't even close to being dry. I have already paid for another wash, but after that, I will not be returning, waste of money! Oh and there was only one wax sprinkle on at the time, waste of money!

1st time
1st time, paid for diamond wax which included hand prewash, he sprayed some tfr then directed me to enter the machine. I said he hadn't done the prewash and he said when I go into machine he will wash the back. I was being scammed! and told him so. I felt threatened and intimidated he was yelling at me to open the window, I did tell him to f off and he then tried to open the door. I actually got my phone out to call the police and he backed off. Absolutely terrifying for a lone female

RIPPED OFF ceramic XTR???
I had the ceramic xtr, and I felt like I have been ripped off this is the day after I had this so-called super duper product on my car and the water is pooling on its not beading I have been totally ripped off what a con. It is not even beading of the glass.

Good, not great
Paid for 2nd highest level clean.
Unfortunately there were still remnants of seagull faeces on my bonnet and roof.
This is not the first time this has happened.
Apart from that, the car and wheels looked much cleaner and shinier.

Ghost car wash!
I drove to the car wash at 9.15am to find nobody there despite the online opening time being stated as 8 30am, had to reverse backwards around the awkward curved entrance just to have the operator come back as I'd backed all the way out, at that point I was not impressed at all and decided to take my business elsewhere.
