Really helpful staff at the location

Car looked mint after

Clear instructions given from the staff. Easy to use payment system, either with the lads or through the QR code.
Car not been washed in a while and they did a great job.

Really disappointed. I purchased a Ceramic wash and was told this would entitled me to a further free wash, I believe Titanium or similar and this would appear in my App. I have never received a voucher and so I'm going to leave honest accurate feedback on Google and FB.

Called in yesterday to have the car washed, spent 11 quid and had to wash the car PROPERLY when I got home and. The pricing mentioned a hand wash before the machine but it never happened. The rear doors, back end and wheels were all filthy after the wash. I felt ripped off especially since I paid them and did the job myself.

Used the IMO in Chorley as I was in the area. Very dated equipment. Car was still dirty when we exited. Shall not use chorley branch again.

Took the car for a valet here last week. Excellent and friendly service. They did a brilliant job, inside and out!

Awful, van in front of me drove out and completely ruined the system for cars to move forward, sat for 5 minutes waiting for my car to be dried before being told to come round and have it dried by hand, would have rather had my money back than a hand dried car with a chamois that's come from God knows where.

This is the 5th time I’ve used IMO and had to finish washing my car at home - including cleaning bird shit that is left on POST WASH. This last time I thought ok maybe they’re not caring enough because I’m not paying for the most expensive wash, wish I decided to opt for - the Ceramic XTR option. Turns out, I came back home still needing to give my rims, bumper, bonnet AND roof another wash. Rims were as if they were untouched and my car has NOT been hand washed with any ounce of effort leaving the bird droppings I came in with still on the car post wash. Lazy workers with awful attitude. Where’s the hand wash, body wheel wash and alloy spa that’s being advertised? I will not be returning.

The gentlemen paid attention to parts that I had not even thought of cleaning. The bonus for me was that they ended up not charging me any extra!

I decided to try the valet service and get a valet+. This was a bad decision.
Upon my return I found the that wheels were still dirty and not been detailed at all, no brush or anything to resolve the issue only quick wipe with the cloth, it needed a proper tyre brush to clean. upon deeper inspection it had not been waxed and internally there was still areas that had not been vacuumed or even wiped.
My daughter then found a piece of plastic in the back which they had snapped off the rail of the seat. No care has been taken at all.

Received an offer to get the Ultra HD car wash with £2 off.

Took the offer and was sent a voucher for the rain guard option.

Went to the Chorley IMO and the Cowboy owner said I needed to pay £4 extra and he would process the rainguard option as ultra HD (despite the difference being £1.50).

Thankfully I've avoided having swirls all over my car today.

I see they don't even bother replying to complaints.

Avoid at all costs, Awful customer service, it used to be great with the previous owners, since new owners took over, they have cut back on many things.. you don't get what you pay for, don't say you have not been warned...take your money elsewhere or do it yourself
