The app would not work so I paid by card and didn't get another stamp towards my free car wash.

I ordered a car wash on the app, but no code arrived. I sat outside the car wash and waited 10 minutes, no code.
Went away for 40 mins and did other things, no code.
Couldn't wait any longer so joined the queue. When I got to the front the attendant tried to see if there was a code, restarted app etc, no code.
I was then given the option of leaving the queue, but there were 3 cars behind me and 2 already in the washer, or pay again.
So paid again, and the code turned up over 2 hours later. So now paid twice, for something I needed as a one off as it wasn't my car.

I paid for the best wash, it did a good enough job, could have been better, still had dirt along roof and front wheels still had grime in them.

The app was being a nightmare, after payment, it did not show up in my wallet, tried everything I could think of, rebooting my phone, deleting/reinstalling it, turning VPN off, tried it back at home on wifi, then suddenly 3 hours later, it showed as being in my wallet at the 3rd attempt of installing it. So wasted fuel driving there twice that day, as well as the week before where the app wouldn't work when I attempted to join and pay on the first attempt!
Give us the option to pay by card/cash also.
Losing custom to people still wary of electronic transactions!!!!

Best car wash with ALL the cleaning and drying machines working and a lovely shiny finish

IMO Car Wash are the best in the business in my experience. The quality of clean is superb and the wash options give me the type of finish I want at various times of the year. With three cars in the family we are frequent users and even though we own a jet wash I rarely use it preferring IMO car wash.

Very easy and pre paid on line is a bit cheaper than in person pay. I like it when they gave us pre jet wash before going into the automatically car wash machine but still have bird shit mark on my mirror and I need to wipe it out myself after. Not a major but I will be good if they pay attention to details

Car wash attendant was super helpful.

Bought the triple foam wash but didn’t see the normal triple coloured foam as you would normally see. Also the dryer didn’t work and come down and follow the shape of the car and dry.

Didnt clean the wheels and went back to complain and was told nothing they can do!!

Attendants are very attentive, but the maintenance of the vacuum cleaning machines are not as good as expected as you only can find out that if they are working after you insert your pound coin. If the vacuum is not work you loose your money and there is nothing that the attendant can do to help,

so easy to use, and £5 off the new wash

Came out with wheels nearly as dirty as it went in with and my wing mirror bent so much so that the mirror was facing forward! And that was supposed to be an ultra HD wash. Won’t be using again.

went to this car wash and got the top car wash which cost £19 after i inspected the car and found the wheels were filthy the car had water marks all over it snd under the back was very dirty i chose this particular company because it said it washed and treated the car underneath but clearly it doesn’t
