IMO Car Wash - Hazel Grove Reviews 19

The advertised opening hours say it's open until 18:30. I have been 3 times at 18:00 and it has been closed. Was same story yesterday. Advertised opening hours need to be changed as I've had 3 wasted journeys.

The cheaper price on this day helped me to choose the UltraHD wash.
However I feel the pre wash could have been better because I still had marks on my car that I had to wash off myself

All I can say is my car was very clean after using there car wash good job 👍

Car was very dirty, I had the HD wash. The attendant was a bit laxadaisical applying wheel cleaner and sill cleaner. I know as have used IMO before at other location. Process through wash good and finish overall good except fir wheels and tailgate and grill on front, all still dirty in part.

Quick efficient car wash, pre-booked and paid for using App.

Terrible, every time I go to hoover my car out the hoover is barely working until they clear out the blockage. By this time you’ve lost your money and they won’t give you another go. Incompetent work staff not doing their job and very rude!!

Used to be 99p for a basic wash only a few years ago. Visited today and for the same service, £5!!! Staff rude, couldn’t understand them. If an item in the shop went up this much, no one would no longer buy it. Never going again, petrol station version is half the price.

Looking at the reviews I shouldn't have gone to this car wash. I had a mini valet. The guy said £35 but finally charged £36. I couldn't say no as there was a queue behind me. The final wash inside and out was poor. Marks all over the place. AVOID.

I’ve been using an IMO car wash in Hazel Grove, Stockport for a few months, whilst not being delighted with their service or the levels of cleanliness my car has after I’ve used their services, I continued using this car wash.

Then I used it a couple of weeks ago and almost simultaneously I had £1.00 taken from my current account from a different car wash company based in High Wycombe called ANDuff Car Wash Limited, coincidence? I think not. It was literally within minutes as I got a notification on my phone’s online banking app.

Turns out, ANDuff Car Wash Limited OWNS IMO and ARC Car Washes... So my question to them over in High Wycombe (Over 165 miles from where I live), why the hell did you take £1 from my current account without my permission - There's a word for this and it's FRAUD... Simple as that.

Whilst the service levels from the employees at ARC Hazel Grove are borderline ‘can’t be bothered’, I’d be very interested to know if anyone else has had small suspect amounts of money removed from their bank accounts by ANDuff Car Washes Ltd after using either an IMO or ARC Car wash like I did?

I’d advise anyone using this companies group of car washes to only use cash, otherwise they will steal money from you and I can happily show Trust Pilot my bank statement, which also shows where I was refunded by my bank after reporting this as fraud.

These comedians at IMO said I might have a virus on my phone - The only virus is your organisation trying to steal from unsuspecting customers who use cards at your car washes. Shame on you, you're pathetic.
