Posters at the wash advise paying through the app. Bought a wash but it didn't show up in the app. Manager refused to let me go through the wash even though he could see I had paid. Made it clear it was my problem not his (or IMOs). Ended up paying again as I really needed the car washed.

Whist waiting I bought a car washing using the app. Only to get to the front and it wasn't in my wallet on my app and also still not there. While I was at the front the worker told me that it could take up to 10 minutes to come through. That's not acceptable.

The staff are always really friendly and helpful! They also recommended discounts and multi buys to make it more economical.

Car was clean overall, but didn’t appreciate being asked for a separate 2 GBP payment to clean my wheels. This should be inclusive.

The only one side of the first set of side brushes was working and the overhead buffer didn’t come down at the end

All good. Queue moved quickly and car was cleaned well.

They charged me extra 2 pounds for the cleaning

Bought Rain guard. Wheels dirty at all, body on the bottom sides dirty, also rear bumper. Really weak. I'm disappointed.

Bird poo still visible on the car once I returned home. Really disappointed.

Staff were attentive when speaking to them, but like I said, poo left on the car.

So easy and quick. Great clean!

I paid to have the Ceramic XTR and the brush on the left hand side of the wash wsnt working and the back of the car was dirty (hadn’t been washed ) so I don’t feel it was worth it.

Love IMO easy and lasts a while between washes , but the attention to detail when busy has put me off this time , birds mess and bug splats still on front of my car , marks on glass - now it sounds petty but it would only take a few moments in the pre wash to double check these things - rather then push the extra charge for tyres and wheel wash - I’d pay more for window edge and bug wash … over all love the waxing and protection just wish all the grime wasn’t still on the car .

I was not happy, in fact I was very disappointed.
I went for quite a decent wash at £13 for my alloy wheels to still be dusty and it wasn’t ingrained on as the car is new.
Brown water marks all over the car. I basically had to wash it again.
Not a good finish at all.

Prices regarding the app are very misleading. You state an in app price, but not that it requires a bulk purchase. This is miss-selling of goods to start with. Secondly your Patchway Bristol branch charged for a wash cycle where the central wash brush was not even working to the point that the bonnet, roof and back of my car were still dirty and hand prints still visible on the boot.
Not impressed at all

Quick, efficient service, inexpensive and the staff were patient/gentle with me as it was my first time. I wish there was one in Hayes where I live.

Not received the product but its been paid for more than a week now

poor cleaning half the driers were off or knackered

The staff use the water jet just for a sake, they are not serious of washing body wheel. The automatic machine does the job well, but staff carelessness force people not to go there again.

I went for a triple foam wash, and they didn't do pre-wash properly
