It didn’t clean the back of the car properly still had all the mess on the bonnet back on the bumper

Great service - the attendant was very thorough

It is not perfect. But among other automatic carwash options it is one of the best. Tyres and rear screen under spoiler are not cleaned properly but i guess it will be same for all.

It's the usual rudeness by the staff. No energy. Only energised when they want you to cram your car as close to the car in front. The pre-wash has usually not covered the read of the bumper and undersides properly.

Been plenty of time there had never complained from them and recomend everyone to go then you won’t need other car wash

I’ve been to this car wash several times and the staff are completely untrained and unprofessional. They clearly don’t know how to properly clean a car, especially the alloys, which are always left with brake dust and dirt.

On my last visit, I politely mentioned this issue and was immediately told, “If you’re not happy, go somewhere else. We can’t guarantee clean alloys.” That says everything. Imagine going to a car wash and being told they can’t guarantee a clean car. Instead of fixing a basic issue, the staff’s default response is to dismiss customers.

The staff are clueless, poorly trained, and communication is a serious problem, one member of staff could barely communicate in English, making it difficult to even explain a simple concern. This is not acceptable in a customer facing role.

The pre-wash stage is a joke. It’s sprayed unevenly and then blasted off within seconds, giving it no time to do anything. Everything is rushed, careless, and poorly done.

If you ask for anything to be done properly, you’re told to take your business elsewhere. Awful attitude, zero professionalism, and no pride in their work. I won’t be returning.

Don’t understand all the negative reviews (not relating to this particular location), in my opinion they’re great. I’d much rather spend five minutes driving through their apparatus than getting a bucket out myself. I’ve tried others that leave the back half done, but not the case here. My car’s old and needs to be free of salt and mud. Amenable staff and quality job. I always look for an IMO when out and about. Their machines and practices are identical, as with any Franchise. Complain to staff on site; give them a second chance, which everyone deserves. I’m sure they’d address any problems, given the chance.
