White spot marks left all over the car and it cost £14 what a rip off!

drying strips stuck in one spot on…

drying strips stuck in one spot on windscreen car was not going forward. when finally car started going forward it took that long that strips stopped moving, car was not wiped. Nobody noticed and fixed this. Quite dissapointing

No customer engagement at all. Great clean if paying for the most expensive wash but the drying isn’t great.

Not the best experience

I have had the triple foam wash before and that was really good , so I chose the top £20 program this time, expecting a 5 star wash. You were very busy , so I used the quick pay option The pre- treatment was a bit half hearted and before I knew it I was being told to remove the handbrake and put it in neutral. It was a new car and I have an automatic handbrake, I obviously hadn’t because the man who guided me in started pointing and getting frustrated and annoyed I started to panic and couldn’t work out how to turn it off. I felt so humiliated and he said something in another language to the other staff, all while having a cigarette which he lit infront of me .,, not the smell I really wanted wafting through my air vents.
When the cycle finished I couldn’t wait to get out . Once I drove out I parked up and looked at the results …. There was the remains of large bird poo in the centre of the bonnet and also large scratches on the passenger side window. All of the door handles had dirt behind each handle which I had to clean off
I could have gone back and complained , but having to face the same man again made me too anxious and I just wanted to go home. Will I go again ? Possibly not, I had my 5 yr old granddaughter with me and she loves going through , so maybe I will look for another one and have a better experience . I also couldn’t see any difference in the results of the programs , if anything the triple foam one was less traumatic ( different staff and more friendly ) and just as good , and there was no bird poo left or scratches.

This car wash is always busy and gives the car a good wash. They offer a interior valet which they also do a great job
