Great car wash experience, car came out gleaming thank you IMO

The machine left a long scratch across the bonnet which sadly I didn’t not notice until later and I therefore did not raise it with them.

Rude workers and unclear instructions

Terrible car wash. Never had anything like it paid £9 and car came out still dirty. The guy jet washing was so half hearted and yeah just compeltly rubbish car wash. Before this I'd never realised a car wash could be rubbish. I wouldn't ever use again or recommend.

After prepaying for a top £20 wash using the app, then over 1/2 hr later arriving at the car wash and queuing time I still had not received the QR code. The staff were completely unhelpful and insisted I pay again for the car wash. Eventually I was pressured into paying again although I only bought the basic wash.
This is not the first time I have had problems with this location (Chestfield, Whitstable). A few times finding it closed when I had prepaid on the app, which is annoying. Then the last time having the car behind me drive in to my car. Which obviously was the other drivers fault, there was tiny damage to my car so although I was very annoyed by the small scuff on my bumper I decided not to pursue any kind of claim. However I do think the staff at the car wash should have at least offered some free service as compensation for the damage to my car in your machine . it seems to me that your staff at this location have no control over the services they offer or they lack a manager with any power to ensure good customer services. And frankly are quite rude with just a shrug of their shoulders as their only response.

Good car wash. Unfortunately the driver in front of me started to drive into the car wash before the space had opened up, the attendant had to shout at the drive to stop. After he informed the driver they could drive into the car wash.
He then spoke to me as though I was the village idiot. I tried not to take umbrage at his patronage and guessed he had been clouded by the fool in front of me.

Very quick, efficient and effective

I paid for a triple foam and I got a single one .

There wasn't a queue so everything was quick and efficient, staff were polite.

I have been to a number of different IMO car washes in different locations, but the Whitstable one is the best. It is well organised, professional, and do the best pre wash treatment out of all of them even with a long queue. Thank you.

Fast effective service. Staff are very polite and efficient

First time visiting IMO as recently moved into the area and this was the nearest car wash service. Wasn’t really sure what option I needed but decided to go with the Diamond wax. Scanned QR code and so was able to select and pay on the app. Once finished the car looked cleaner but lots of water/drip marks both on car bodyand windows so not sure how this can be classed as having a wax service. Also wheels were still quite dirty so had to do a lot of cleaning up once I returned home. Ok as a quick freshen up but wouldn’t be rushing back for my regular car wash. Maybe one of the higher price options might give a better finish but really I am reluctant to spend more money there and will go elsewhere for a ‘proper’ clean.

Good quality wash, but I’ve come away with scratched alloy from entering the wash. I can’t prove it but i know it wasn't there before as I’m uber careful with parking. As I was guided in it was a little bumpy. Disappointing as it’s quite a gouge. Wash was still typically good.
