Absolutely embarrassing experience.
Absolutely embarrassing experience.
I ordered a clutch from ICP while under time pressure and paid proper money expecting to receive exactly what was shown in their listing. What turned up was a cheap, incorrect part that didn’t match what was advertised at all.
From that point on, this should have been simple to resolve. They had three chances — if not more — to put it right. All I asked was for them to send the correct clutch as pictured in their own listing. Not an upgrade, not compensation — just the right part.
Instead, they chose to double down and defend sending the wrong item.
It gets worse. Rather than handling it like a professional company, they decided to jump onto a Facebook post where I was trying to source a replacement and turned it into a public argument. That tells you everything you need to know — more concerned about their ego than fixing their own mistake.
As a result, I’ve been forced to spend more money buying the correct clutch elsewhere, while also having to wait just to return the junk they sent in the first place. Completely avoidable if they’d acted like a normal business.
If you’re selling performance parts, accuracy matters. Sending the wrong item and then arguing about it publicly instead of fixing it is not acceptable.
Wouldn’t trust them again. Avoid.
