I recently placed an order in the hope of receiving quality clothing at a reasonable price. Instead, I was sent a selection of wrong items, clothing of poor quality, and – to make matters worse – customer support was completely unresponsive when I tried to get an answer.

It is unacceptable that a company can not only fail to deliver the items I purchased correctly, but also provide such a low quality of service. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and I would not recommend to order there.

I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the items I have been sent and given the option of returning them. I look forward to seeing a swift resolution to my complaint.

Not only is their apparel and items over priced, a delivery time that took over a month and a half to be received, and both items in my order incorrect, their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. I have had more detailed and responsive conversations with my nephew who has only been able to speak for less than a year now.

I have been emailing back and forth with a representative for over 2 and a half weeks and all they have successfully done is ask me to send pictures and confirmations of my order and what I received. Then said they would give me a coupon voucher of $11, when my overall order was $60 (of which all of the items were incorrect). And the coupon didn't even work.

After emailing them back about the faulty coupon, I have now been going in circles with a new representative and still have accomplished nothing after another week and a half gone by. DO NOT PURCHASE STUFF HERE!!!

Order took a month to arrive of which one item was the wrong size and one item was totally different from the picture. Rest of the items were fine to be honest. However, biggest upset is that it is nearly impossible to get in contact with them since they do not respond to your emails. Therefore it has been impossible to return my items and get a refund.

I waited a month for the clothing to be delivered and I got all the products with a whole other design and colour.

It took almost a month to arrive my door, which is fine.
But what I can’t accept is that, the quality is totally not the same as they posted in their website, the fabric is so cheap, I won’t even use that to mop the floor.
100% disappointed, and I totally regretted buying from this website. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Yes,It is cheap... but the product I received was totally different from the photo. Same design but cheesy color and fabric.
Also it takes too much time to receive from the day I ordered. It took a month and a half to get this.
Anyway I won't buy from this store.

Poor quality, ignored complaint, over priced. Items don’t look anything like the pictures.

Took 1 month to receive my hoodie (as it gets shipped from Hong Kong) Very cheap fabric, didn’t even get the correct size, it even had words spelled wrong. I honestly think this company is fake and scamming people for money

Absolute scam! The photos on the website aren't what I received and the quality is awful. I can't return the items because there's no customer service and this company has scammed me. I wish I checked Trustpilot before purchasing.

Ordered back in november. Still haven't recieved anything. Tried to write to customer service multiple times... haven't heard anything. Conclusion. 100% scam. Would not recommend buying anything from the website.

Orders placed in October, received today. Bought two sweatpants and a sweatshirt, the quality of the sweatpants is good, the sweatshirt is ok. That is, the logistics time is too long, but the seller had informed the reason, and the Internet can search for the serious epidemic at that time. Also sincerely apologized and gave the coupon. So it's still reliable.

Seems fishy

Never got a confirmation for my order. Tried to contact them with the contact sheet on their website but that doesn't work. Going to cancel and reclaim my money.

Alright so they don't have a mailbox or something to get in contact. The products came around two months after ordering. They look alright. Just pretty big. Order the stuff like one size smaller.
