​I recently ordered a glass art crystal from In Crystals and I am absolutely thrilled with the result and received the order in 1 day . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company also trades under the name of masterpics.co.uk. Ordered crystal for my daughter’s 40th birthday, picture sent was of my daughter and her son. First crystal sent out had a blob on it completely covering my grandsons eye, after sending emails and photos of the crystal against a dark background as requested by this company they sent out a replacement, second crystals image was so feint compared to the first and still completely unsatisfactory as my daughter was wearing sunglasses and if you look at the image the glasses look as if they are coming out of the side of my daughters head, also still a blob on grandsons eye. Emailed the company on the same day as I received the crystal and several times thereafter to finally get an address to send it back to get a refund, they have received the crystal as it was tracked and now after numerous emails you hear nothing.

I have just came back from holiday and I have opened the box with 5 key rings. They have chips on every chain and the metal,the are for family who lost their mother and sister. I am so disappointed with them I can't give them to family. This is the last time I will use your company as I have complained before but because I have bought a lot from you I sent for the key rings thinking it was a one of.

I ordered a 3D image as a wedding anniversary present to be informed it could only be done in 2d. When asked if this could be processed and made in time for my anniversary I had no reply with no item delivery two weeks after my anniversary has passed. I’ve had no further response and can’t get my money back.

Beautiful, simple, effective ornament - the image and wording is clear, and the whole thing is small and compact, just right. In memory of our much loved Springer.

Well I’ve just deleted my previous review as my crystal of my cat was delivered with the led light base and wow it is beautiful so somewhere along the way my order got lost but they were very swift in sending me a replacement and I would have given them 5 stars if the communication had been better.

I ordered a crystal engraving and a light base. I received the crystal but no base. I contacted by phone, email and through chat on the site. No response to my emails and was told someone would phone me back when I called but no one ever did. Going in over a year now and no acknowledgement or resolution. Really disappointing

I made an order and have been contacting the company and nobody seems to get in touch to resolve the issue. No refunds received. Avoid completely

I ordered a portrait of my wife as a baby with her mom holding her which is absolutely beautiful, the problem I have is I also ordered an LED base to go with it but has never arrived, I tried emailing the company but they just came bouncing back, which is a bit disappointing as the actual portrait is beautiful, I feel like I've been ripped off . ...

Received a crystal heart with a picture that was in such bad quality you couldn’t make it out. I contacted the company by email numerous times. The emails kept coming back undelivered. I got another email from their website. Never received a response. I resent it again and still never received a response. No customer service! Feels like I’ve been done.

Would highly recommend Incrystals. I had a very old sentimental picture and they managed to make it look really good in a crystal. Have used them before and will use them again. Service and response is excellent.

Ordered 3D led stand and power lead for my previously ordered crystal.. stand arrived but no power lead and no response to my emails??

Avoid this company!

Ordered a 3D crystal heart PLUS LED light stand on 12th Dec however the LED stand wasn’t delivered. Called numerous times and the customer services people kept saying they’d pass on my message to the warehouse whom I didn’t hear back from. Eventually got a text from a number on 20th Dec saying the LED stand would be delivered the next day however it’s 24th Dec and still haven’t received anything. Have also tried chasing them since however still no response. Absolutely terrible experience. If only I was there to speak to them in person.

Absolutely appalling..I ordered a Christmas gift with a photo of a friend and was sent the photo of a random family that they use to advertise the product.when queried they claimed this is what I had ordered ..common sense woukd say I didn't want a random family on a jet ring
They were extremely unhelpful and eventually stopped returning my emails
..avoid this company ..just awful!@

This company has taken my money and I've not had my order, nor have they responded to my emails.
Don't go near them!

After contacting this company via PayPal, they have just reimbursed my money.
I would not order from them again.

This company took my order and payment and has not delivered the order or replied to emails or answered phone calls. The company appears to be a scam.
