A horrid source..ordered a Moncler jacket from them...man's jacket size XL...they shipped me a girls jacket XL model name LUCIE...a woman's jacket...not at all what I ordered and when I attempted to return, their address in China was a phoney...and the telephone number on their mailing label was not a useable number. Instead of a box, the girl's jacket i received was wadded up in a black plastic garbage type bag and mailed with no tissue or product protection inside the bag...and I filed a claim against them with Mastercard via Bankamericard...
NOTE; APPARENTLY THERE ARE TWO COMPANIES WITH THE SAME NAME...HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE SAID IPL.INDIABAZAARONLINE...just that. Bank of America is working to straighten out the confusion between the two companies...one being in India, which is legit...and one being in Shanghai who say there home office is in Brooklyn New York...BEWARE. Since I love all things India, make sure you shop with them and not the Shanghai outfit. When this is all straightened out by Bank of America, this posting will DISAPPEAR.

I ordered a dress and received it yesterday... when I ordered it was thinking how the quality will be and whether the color suits me and whether it is as shown in reference pic or changes... but I was surprised when I received my dress... it's pretty and more than what I expected.... right fitting and got good compliments from my 5yr old boy and my husband when I tried on ... thank you for the wonderful dress

The site is very nice, able to search very fast what I am looking for in a few clicks only, recently bought some party wear sarees and designer lehnga Choli from the site. Will definitely revisit the site again in future.

Although the online store customer service member assured me that they can accommodate my requests - they did not follow most of them. Even the measurements provided were not followed and the items arrived not fitting me at all. Additionally, poor workmanship was very obvious on all three garments ordered. The store does not offer refunds, so I recommend not ordering from them.

I placed an order for two dresses. After almost one month they tell me that one dress is not in stock (only after I inquired about it). They send me the second dress and the stitching is not done symmetrically (off by about 3 inches and looks very bad). They tell me that its not even possible to match border pattern and it is not faulty, yet they advertise a perfectly symmetrical border pattern on their website. I spoke to the lady on the phone who admitted that it was not a good stitching job. So now I had to pay out of my own pocket to ship it back to them ($37) and they will not refund my shipping costs for their terrible stitching mistake. I have contacted them to ask when I will be receiving my refund or to let me know when they receive my refunded dress, but they are ignoring my emails. Not to mention they are absolutely rude. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyers beware!!!!
