Poor shipping and customer service…
Paid for premium delivery and item still hasn’t arrived. Asked for a refund on my postage to be told it has been passed to an investigation team even though my tracking details prove it is late. Item was sent out a day late and has been with the courier for over 24 hours. Needed a set delivery day to receive item. Now no idea when I will get it.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Will not reply to issues at all. Car seat broken. Will not refund nor collect or replace. I’m within the 30day guarantee.
Always getting generic emails back “someone will contact within 48hours”
£90 down the drain for a car seat which is unusable due to the harness jammed. Sent video evidence
**UPDATE***
Already emailed loads to get nothing back worth while. Yet my son has serious hospital appts and no functional car seat.
I’ve contacted and spoken to MCF who are the warehouse and they are collecting this Monday

I was looking for a car seat for my baby . I've seen good offer on infababy. I've read reviews on max 360 car seat . Reviews r so good on that so I purchased it . It arrived on time fast delivery. Seat is very comfortable,

Stay away to avoid extra fees
I’m being asked to pay £15 for shipping I go on the website and it’s asking for £4.95 on top of £15 for just one shipping this is spare parts other wise I wouldn’t order a thing from this website and they don’t answer messages but they’ll reply this!

The worst baby store experience!🥲
After purchasing more spare parts for one stroller seat why I’m I receiving a private message through my inbox to pay £15 for shipping! As if times are not hard as a single mother you have companies like this that prey on ur wallet! Just because I expressed myself! Becareful where u order children necessities! I wanted to return but didn’t have money to pay for charges this company is a huge no! I’d be uploading this to my social media accounts with screenshots I just want to be transparent as well as share my experience with pampers squad! Very happy with purchase of foot muff and bumper bar for pushchair. Excellent service.
Only moan is that the foot muff had two plastic ties tied very tightly around it and it was hard to get them off without ruining the material.

When ordering it said order by 3pm for next day delivery, I ordered on a Wednesday evening expecting to receive goods Friday, as I'd not heard anything Friday morning only to receive an inadequate reply, late Friday afternoon I got notified delivery would be Monday.
