Highly recommend BUT be prepared to pay a big premium for choosing ethical diamonds.

The diamond industry has come a long way when it comes to accountable diamonds so do your research and compare the prices. Don't buy into Canadian diamonds sparkle more. That's not true.

Excellent process, from start to finish.

I emailed to begin the process of designing a bespoke ring. Within 2 days I had an in person meeting to discuss ideas. I was shown some examples and given brilliant advice by Ellie, who I found extremely reassuring throughout.

The designer, Hayley, sent me initial sketches 1-2 weeks after the in person appointment. Hayley was very patient and again provided brilliant advice. Hayley was quick to create new design iterations based on my feedback. After many back and forward emails, the design was finalised and CAD mockups were provided. The mockups were extremely accurate when comparing with the finished product.

The entire process, from first email to collection, took 6 weeks for a bespoke ring made with recycled platinum and a beautiful pear diamond (which was 2-4 weeks faster than their estimate). Communication was excellent and they were very keen to fit deadlines around plans I had in place.

Ring resizing was required (my estimations were 4 sizes off!). I rang to book an appointment for a professional measurement and was able to meet the same day with short notice. The ring is to be collected within 7 working days.

Overall the entire process was excellent. I felt very well looked after, very reassured and found all staff genuinely trustworthy. Above all else, my partner loves the ring and we are both extremely happy.

I was absolutely clueless how to go about finding a ring but quickly realised I knew what style I wanted and enquired about designing and constructing a ring.

From the moment Ellie got in touch she made the whole experience effortless and with Hayley's design help produced drawings of a ring that were exactly what I had pictured - all this achieved via email from an oil rig in Eastern Russia!

I received the ring once home and upon opening the box I could not believe Ingle & Rhode were able to turn a few emails into such a perfect and incredible ring that was just a thought I my head only weeks before.

We are now very happily engaged and the ring could not mean more to us given the nature of how it came to be and what it now represents.

I had a great experience from placing an order to collection. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to create it on the site which was super easy because of how clear it all is.

After some unavoidable delays (which I was given a heads up on before finalising the order), the ring was ready for delivery so that was set but then last minute I decided to collect it which the team very happily facilitated for me.

I had a great experience with Ingle and Rhode in buying an engagement ring. I had an in person appointment to discuss engagement rings. Being a novice in jewelry i really appreaciated the guidance and patient explanation regarding everything from how the materials are ethically sourced, to what characteristics are important to look for in a diamond. In no way did I feel pressured to buy a specific iteam and they really did help me tailor the engagement ring to what I wanted.
Furthermore, I needed the ring on short timescales on which they were happy to work with me; they let me know what was possible and consistently updated me on progress without overpromising.
The ring is beautifully made and was exactly what I wanted.

We had excellent service from the Ingle and Rhode team! Having come out of lockdown in April we booked an in-person appointment soon after to arrange wedding rings. We didn’t have much time ahead of our wedding in late May, but the team made every effort to get the rings made and posted to us ASAP. Recently used Ingle & Rhode to purchase an engagement ring. I went with one of the standard designs from the Ingle & Rhode collection and I'm really happy with the result. The support provided by Ellie in sourcing and picking out the ideal centre stone was great and worked perfectly well, even considering it was all done via virtual appointment (due to COVID restrictions). The stone and the ring looks even better in person - very satisfied customer!

I contacted I&R as I wanted an ethically sourced diamond and local expertise. Their website was fantastic for letting me experiment with types and colours. The team were brilliant when I spoke over the phone and during the building and delivery.
