I can't think of a thing about my experience with Ingle & Rhode that could be improved on.

They were responsive to questions and to design suggestions, giving back good advice when I needed it and explained the process well from the outset and throughout.

No surprises (well, apart from for my fiance when I popped the question!) and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great to deal with from start to finish. They took my initial ideas and designed an amazing ring.

Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, skill, creativity, and attention of the Ingle & Rhode team we encountered. This is especially true with respect to the members of the design team, who were very patient and quick to respond from start to finish - from our (admittedly vague) initial design ideas and through the handful of modifications to make our engagement ring 'just right'.

Simply the best ethical jeweller we have come across. An excellent, personable, and admirable business.

Purchasing from Ingle & Rhode has been a wonderful experience. It was very easy to work with staff as they were always helpful and attentive. They managed to create a bespoke ring perfect for my wife at a very reasonable cost! And of course the main thing is that all their jewellery are ethically sourced and procured. Highly professional experience from beginning through to end. When we had our initial meeting with David we never felt any pressure for sales which so far seems rare from our experience with ring shopping. He was very clear about the process and we were able to get quotes before going ahead. Our diamond replacement was completely traceable back to Canada which put our minds at ease and Ingle and Rhode was the only place we found that offered this extensive knowledge of their diamond supply chain. The diamond is beautiful and we are very happy. My husband also got a fair trade gold wedding band which he loves. Thanks again for making this experience so smooth. Highly recommend!

As ever, I&R were wonderful. The service is super friendly, their products are beautiful and also offer the comfort of recycled precious metal and ethical diamonds. We couldn't ask for more!

We got married 7 years ago, my engagement ring and our wedding rings were all made by Ingle & Rhode.
All our rings were costumed made, and no matter how challenging the designs were, in all 3 cases, they have delivered the rings to exactly how we wanted them and we are very thankful for that.
The follow up service is brilliant, clean and polish quality is exceptional. The staffs are welcoming and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Ingle and Rhode have made 3 beautiful rings for me - I loved the experience of working with them to choose a ring and I kept coming back for more after the first one! Ingle and Rhode is an excellent organisation specialising in ethically sourced jewellery. I have used them several times (for a bespoke engagement ring, wedding rings, and an eternity ring) and on each occasion I have been extremely pleased with what they have produced. The staff are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During consultations I always felt they were offering honest and impartial advice, without any pressure to buy. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and will certainly go back to them for my future jewellery needs.
