I’ve done online/tele health before. The ordering was smooth. I am a difficult patient (I know that). The product was exactly as expected! Side effects (unusual) became intolerable! My concerns were answered promptly.
Why the 4 rating instead of 5? Cancellation and refund. There is no direct number to call, following their on line instructions isn’t working. I sent a chat message and an email (just now) for help. Will wait to see.
Update: they did the refund!

Tried to order one time; the website demands verification of who I am, sure. Tried that several times but it didn’t work. Really, I am who I am. Promise I’m not pretending to be a 46 year old woman that lives in the middle of north western Wisconsin. The site says contact support, so I go to support. No help at all, except AI… lovely. I keep searching all over for help, nope. The site suggests reading articles about their products, but that isn’t helpful. Back to AI. Just canceling my “order”, which they won’t send anyway unless I verify who I am anyway. AI says it will take 24 hours to cancel the order. I just made it 5 minutes ago.
Never trying this again.

DO NOT TRUST INNER BALANCE. I purchased Libidia in hopes of helping my sex drive which is non- existent. They charge $150 for a 1 month supply or $300 for a 3 month supply. I unfortunately went with the 3 month because it was the cheapest in the long run and I had high hopes. A three month supply is 30 pills, not 90. They suggest that each pill can last up to 72 hours. This pill did nothing for me and now I’m out $300 because they won’t refund “prescriptions”. Btw, they just sign you up for an ongoing subscription so make sure you cancel that if you aren’t happy with the result.

This company is a rare “do what they say they will” company!! Compassionate health professionals and staff lead you through the process efficiently. I ended up not being able to continue the treatment by no fault of the product. The refund process was smooth and quick just as the guarantee states. A Great company! I would highly recommend!

I love Oestra! I have been using it for 7 months now. No more menopause symptoms! Customer service has also been great! I recommend this company to all of my friends!!

I tried the patch and the progesterone pill before Oestra, and all they did was put weight on me and make my hair fall out. On top of that, I was dealing with recurring bladder infections, sometimes 6–10 a year and constantly on antibiotics. It felt like my body was falling apart.
