Took my wife’s car in for damaged sustained to 2 doors. The insurance company named IRG as the authorised dealer. Took the car in for them to assess damage and as a result 2 doors were ordered. Just picked up the car and very pleased with the works carried out. During the process they kept me informed of the timeline even though from seeing the vehicles outside the premises they were very busy. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

The repair to our car was perfect, and on collection it had been valeted.

Picked up the car. The driver was very helpful and explained the process. Repairs done very speedily and returned to my house. A full valeting of the inside and wash and clean of the outside was also done. Very happy with IRG. Cannot recommend them highly enough

I would just like to say that IRG in Bridgend went over and above with my recent car repair and I would like to thank Hiren personally for all his help for keeping me up-to-date with the procress of my car pair which should have been done by Vizionnetwork as they were supposed to manage the car repair but they were non - existent in managing my car repair the same as AXA car insurance I would definitely recommend Hiren and IRG of Bridgend for any future car repairs and thanks again to Hiren and his team at IRG Bridgend for the great repair they done on my car and the customer service that I received from IRG.
