Debora Farrell, took the time to listened to my elderly parents story and concerns they had as they found the process very confusing. She walked us through every tricky part, explaining all the confusing legal stuff in plain english, simply terms we could actually understand. That clarity meant we could make quick, confident decisions at every step- No stress, no quest work.

What really impressed us too was the seamless external support, working with our estate agent (Debbie Fortune - Stevie) even when Deborah, was out of the office, Amelia Goth stepped in straight away, picking everything up perfectly, keeping the process on track.

It was a real relief to work with a team where you can actually speak to real people, pop in and have a proper conversation - not just endless online forms.

Debora was simple brilliant in dealing with what became a very protracted house sale. She never failed to respond via email, and phone when needed. She dealt with issues arising speedily and thoroughly. Very professional, and yet "in touch" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debora to anyone seeking an efficient conveyancing experience.

I’m almost lost for words, to describe the outstanding, steady, professional and understanding work carried out by Debora on our behalf. I have never known anything like it. The house we were buying fell through at the last minute. The chain was broken. And yet…..we found another property and in less than six weeks Debora achieved completion. Need I say more?
