Sorting out intermittent internet issues…
When we spoke to Ryan and Megan we really felt they had our best interests at heart and really wanted to be helpful. Ryan even rang to check as to whether the Open Reach engineer had been to us as was booked. He also gave us helpful advice about the state of our connection and subsequent actions. Can't praise either of them enough for trying tor resolve our problem.

Inspire Telecom and its agents are fantastic. Not just excellent service but always accessible, no long queues to get through. All the agents are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This company is the best in telecomunications when dealing with the cutomer. It does not matter If the problem is taking a while to fix but you know they are always striving to do the very best and keep you informed all the way via email or phone calls. I have dealt with Meghan a number of of times in two years, and Megahan is always a great help and is a human being giving top notch customer service.
