Have not received my order, I've emailed 4 times I wanted a refund....they said it was in transit....if I knew it was coming from China I never would of done it...Bad reviews all around DO NOT order from this company....plus they never applied my discount...They got their money with no problem, but I got nothing so far 😡

I ordered on 10/2/25 and received an email on 10/14/25 to rate my experience and how I like my ordered rings. Problem is it is 10/26/25 and still have not received my order. They look amazing on the order confirmation but still don’t have to know if they was worth the $60 some dollars I paid.

Quality is perfect
I ordered this suicide awareness ring due to losing my brother of October 25,2005. I love the look and the quality of this ring. It’s absolutely stunning and size 7 fits perfect! Came in a very protective box in a sealed plastic so it won’t get damaged in the mail. Will order more in the future.

They will never ship your order
If I could rate this company less than 1 star, I would. I placed an order for two suicide awareness rings on 9/20 and they still have not shipped. I contacted the company on 10/13 and they sent me a shipping number and said they would expedite the rings, but still haven't shipped them. It's bad enough that I lost my son to suicide, but this makes the hurt even worse. I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered, but lesson learned.

I ordered my ring in plenty of time to wear it for Brest cancer awareness month and so far it’s not here. I will most likely be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I know I shouldn’t order off TicTock but sometimes I screw up and do anyway.
