Always reliable-I have ordered more than 4 times and each time communication has always been easy and prompt. Even when there were Mail strikes and my order could have been delayed around Xmas, extra efforts were made to ensure it was delivered

There was no order notes or return note. The box looked used and dirty.
My address looked like it was written by a child, I have emailed the company asking for a refund as I think my trainers are FAKE.
No response from the company which lacks bad customer service.

Thank you for adjusting your feedback as previously - you left one which was inappropriate containing offensive language.
The new review is also very misleading from your side as we've had correspondence with your partner 'David' via both email and text.
David was made aware that we source all our stock which is 100% authentic from reputable sellers including well known stores and after reading some of our older reviews David replied 'I admit I was wrong after reading reviews'.
On 10-01-2023 we also emailed David explaining that most dunks do have minor flaws which is something beyond our control, and we also state this in the product description. A full refund was also offered. David replied 'Thank you for your email, I am satisfied with your response'. It is now the 30-01-2023 and we've had no correspondence or a return.

Excellent service
Excellent service, received email confirmation of despatch couple days after placing order and despite the Royal Mail strikes I received fairly swiftly. Trainers (Dunk pandas) in 10/10 condition and authentic. Will defo be ordering more trainers from Instakickz in the future :)
