Really disappointed to be writing this

Passed my funded account challenge on 15th September.
Had an email off Rasheed on
22nd of September saying he would get back to me in a few days once he has manually reviewed my account.
Despite numerous emails.
I have had no further correspondence from company!!!

Woohoooo passed my challenge, love the fact it’s only a one phase challenge man, this makes life so much easier. I’ve been to second phase challenges and lost, not only a waste of time but money too. Other prop firms need to take notice here, ifa defo got a thing going on here. Fab!

If your a trader just join this is the best thing on the internet for traders, especially if you’ve used icmarket in the past. I’ve told all my trader community about you guys it’s beautiful been funded on two accounts now and Adrian and Darren have been overly good to me.

It's refreshing to have a straightforward process like the single step challenge, others firms want you to run in the jungle wild with lots of obstacles. Very good

I recently started trading with instant funded account and I have to say that I'm really impressed with the level of service, Passed my challenge last week and got my funded account within hours. So far so good.

I created an account on the instant funding program. When I have gotten the access, the spread on my pair ADAUSD was very (very!) wide and not practicable with my strategy.

I did not open a transaction and request a refund as per their policy. Until then the staff showed courtesy and agreed to proceed with the refund but stated they can't do on the credit card and they need bank account information for transfer which I provided right away. The amount is 255 pounds.

Since then, 28 days ago, no money transfer and no more reply to my communication. Be very careful, it seems like money goes only in one direction with this company.

I also contacted ICMarkets (mentioned as partner) about the situation and it seems like they have nothing to do with it and are not offering support for this platform.

I’ve used all the prop firms out here you can think off from all the top tier ones such as FTMO, TFF, MFF etc, I’ve even done all the lower tier ones too. Personally IFA got a great thing going on and I can’t fault them. Funded paid and failed some challenges. The icmarket accounts are powerful if used properly. Overall it’s a good prop firm unlike some scammy prop firms I’ve come across in the past. Keep it up.

I left a negative review a while back and I was in the wrong completely, I've got my 100k single step challenge and it's going well. the support has been great and I want to apologise, shoutout to them honestly they have really helped me sorry to arron and the team honestly. cant wait to finish my 100k single step challenge and get funded.

Found you guys through a trading forum and the whole thread was like we have to keep this a secret 😂. I can see why now, this is absolutely crazyyyy a icmarket prop Firm. Top experience I’ve had I honestly have nothing bad to say everything is transparent you can even see my live challenge taking place now!

I’m just starting out with ifa and things look good I must say. Quick replies and fast support is a good change. You got to have bigger accounts and I’m not exactly how I scale right now but alls good 👍🏾

The quality of customer support can make or break a trading experience in my opinion, but here at IFA they truley did over deliver on the customer service. Everything does indeed look solid to me, yet to recieve payouts so will most definitely be back here for the update. However really cool prop firm.

Must say it’s defo easier to pass a $25,000 challenge with ICMarkets than any other prop firm. The boys have been really helpful too.

Finally got my payout after waiting 4 days!!! But it’s all good partly my fault for not sending id on time. Rasheed and Melvin have been super helpful. Very good prop firm.

These people are a joke!! I wrote a review last year as they didn't give me my payout after i made 10% profit on my account. I had to go through my bank and get a refund as they kept saying they will call me and never did. They replied to my review and lied that they had called me several times but couldn't get through. And they also lied that they had processed my payment when no form was even filled in. They have just flagged my last year's review saying i'm not genuine. So if i'm not genuine then how did they process payment to someone who is not even their customer?? I have sent all the proof to trust pilot to prove these people are liars and don't give people their payouts!

EDIT: Trust Pilot i hope you are reading this. You sent me an email recently saying these people flagged my last year's review saying i'm not genuine and now they are admitting that i was their customer and now lying that i breached the account when i sent proof that i made 10% profit. You people seriously need to get a life and stop stealing people's money. If i breached the account then why did my bank send me my refund??? Please use your brain before posting these pathetic replies!!!

I want to make it clear to every trader that this company is a trap for defrauding funded traders. Pay attention, dear ones. I opened an account with a value of 14,000 dollars more than a month ago, and the profits in the account reached 15,387. I told them that I wanted to withdraw the profits, so it was procrastinating. My bank statement for 3 months, then they told me that their system was suffering from a problem. I am talking and I have all the evidence from an email and conversations for those .who wanted to confirm. It's a Ponzi operation
And I, from this platform, challenge them to respond to me here and to clarify everything that they cannot

A good friend recommended me to IFA and I have no regrets at all, all the support staff have been on point with the answers. I wanted to enquire about scaling but didn’t find any information on the website about this. IFA rocks!

Complained about my account breach the other day and no one has even replied yet? What type of customer support is this? I didn’t even get a free retry

I’ve tried most prop firms and still have many active accounts with MFF, e8 etc but this here out weighs a lot of them especially on the icmarket broker, cannot fault spreads etc. some prop firms don’t use major brokers because they control the slippage and spreads and manipulate it so people fail, well you can’t do this with ICMarkets, hence I’m rating IFA five star. Very good indeed.

Paid for $14k funded account and logins we’re sent 2 days later.
