Can't submit a claim on the portal…
After the stress of a cancelled holiday, I was hoping the process of claiming on the insurance would be straightforward as I regularly buy your products (but have not had to claim before). However, I've been trying to upload documents for 2 weeks on your portal and continue to get error message and I can't get through on the phone!!! Some advice would be really welcome.

We are covered
Called to update travel insurance policy , staff on phone were very helpful and I updated in a few minutes . Small cost was added for update but reasonable and now I feel confident my family are well covered .

Avoid!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Got this insurance prior to going on holiday. Got my phone stolen and went to put in a claim, however, it can take up to a month to process. They also required 7 pieces of supporting documentation, some of which I couldn't provide because the documentation they 'need' doesn't exist. I'm now left with no phone and have had to fork out my own money for a new phone, even though they claimed they'd replace my phone for me. This insurance is utterly useless, so don't even bother purchasing.
