Deserves zero stars. Finally received a totally wrong item about a month after I ordered. Never responded to any of my numerous attempts to contact them. Disputed with my CC and got my money back but it’s basically a scam company.

I ordered a dress and it never came and I’ve been sending emails and I haven’t received any response from them, this company is totally scam!!

Never sent a dress I ordered and never responded to emails. It's a complete scam.

I ordered a sevice package from their web page. I had some e-mail correspondense with someone which never resulted to anything. Once they started billing my Visa they stopped responding to e-mails. No service was ever provided.
It seems to be a complete scam.

WARNING: Do not trust INT Address, it is a fraudulent service. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't write this review without some rating. INT Address claimed that they could provide a range of prestigious mail addresses in the UK and Internationally. When I requested a change of address from the first address, they offered me another address which seemed to be more suitable. Which they did. Only later did I realise the scam.
From the very start of my paying their £140 subscription fee they claim to have not received documents sent to me two of them very important. Their only response to my concerns were that the letters were not in their 'mailroom' and that I should contact the sender. I contacted the senders and they confirmed postage to the address INT provided. Soon afterwards I received an email from a reputable Mail Box company, requesting payment of £45 to forward letters received by them, addressed to me. INT had given me their address as my new mail address. I then had to pay the genuine mail box service to release/forward my mail. However, there was still no sign of the missing mail.
When I complained to INT, it made no difference. When I emailed them, I received very terse, unhelpful responses. When I tried to telephone them, I heard a male voice message: '…we are very busy at present. Continue to hold, or leave a message and we will get back to you asap” etc. I was held on the line indefinitely on 5 or 6 occasions, until I eventually gave up and left a message each time to contact me.
I never received a response. I discovered that this phone number, 0843 289 5223, has an area code which is not registered with any phone company. Telemarkers and spammers often use unregistered numbers to make their phone calls.
When I requested a refund of my fee for unsatisfactory service, on 5 October 2016 I did eventually receive an email reply from the person, a female, who seemed to be the only ‘employee’: "I have forwarded your request of a refund to our accounts department. Timing is out of my control, but I am sure it will be dealt with accordingly. We are sorry that you had this experience but there is little we can do to fix it." More than 3 months later and despite reminders I have not received the promised refund or further communication from INT.
The INT Address website looks very convincing, but it is a copy of the subscription charges from another mailbox company site, with lots of embellishments. The INT website boasts substantial worldwide international connections, prestigious addresses in Europe, 24/7 services, virtual office, Director’s Addresses, even a 'personal assistant' etc., but when I searched a little deeper into their 'HQ’ addresses, I discovered the INT addresses are spurious.
One address is cited as: Urb, Castiglione, 29670 San Pedro, Malaga, Spain — is actually a beach resort. The UK address: Martlets, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NN — is a shopping mall in Sussex. When I searched online at the shopping mall there is no business of that name registered there.
So be warned, I was taken for a ride, don’t let it happen to you.
