I absolutely give Integra 5* I can’t thank them enough for helping me through the trauma of a leak in my loft causing so much mess.
My loss adjuster Gavin was excellent helping me through each stage always available with advice when I needed it.
Elite maintenance have been amazing what a fantastic gang of workers, they all worked well together and I had the confidence to leave them alone in the house, Ian the decorator was absolutely the best his work is superb.
They were all exceptionally clean workers and always arrived on time.
I can honestly say that no other insurance company could have handled my claim any better than Integra and I thank them very much for getting me through this stressful time.

Seamless process. From start to finish I was kept fully informed. The appointment of the loss adjuster, the visit, the settlement notification and the finalisation of the claim could not have been more straightforward. At each of the stages the staff of Integra could not have been more helpful.

Great service had help from the very start, definitely highly recommend. Had a water leak in the house and the investigation involved 2 rooms. Decision on claim was handled promptly by Josh and payment made. Making a very stressful situation a lot better. Thank you

Absolutely vile company to deal with. My elderly mum had home and contents with them and paid her annual insurance in two payments. Made her first payment, she was diagnosed with brain cancer so moved in with me & property emptied and put on market. Contacted them to advise & ask for help- nasty aggressive man dealt with call - refused to do anything other than cancel entire policy without offering any form of refund (she only made her renewal payment end of Aug 26) and no alternative buildings only cover. Based on his attitude alone I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.

I found the claims process to be easy to navigate & the staff I spoke to were really helpful. It look all the stress away at a difficult time. Thank you.

Just clearing out my message box and realised I forgot to review my claim for a bathroom/kitchen leak
I remember dealing with a Tom and how reassuring and helpful he was throughout the claim process, all the staff I dealt with were very good which made a first time claim a little less stressful
I was impressed and if honest a bit surprised with the handling of the claim and will be checking that Integra are part of any home insurance I take out in future

I rang Hastings and asked if my policy covered for theft and damage and was told I was. Your loss adjuster tells me I wasn’t how can I be covered for damage during a theft and not theft. Also it took 16 months to get this far. I won’t be renewing

It would be easier to say what went right! I contacted Hastings Direct on the 25th July re a carpet burn by an iron. I was then passed to a third party, Integra, who then passed me to a third party SBS!
Stuart Dixon from SBS contacted me on the 28th July asking for a photo and dimensions of the carpet to be replaced. on the same day I sent one very clear photo and dimensions. Both emails delivered. I heard nothing from Stuart until I prompted a response on the 10th August via a phone call, but not speaking directly to him!
He then asked for the dimensions again! Eventually I managed to speak to him, always on another line! He said he had received a photo only on the 28th July. I disputed this and forwarded again the email from the 28th July. As I pointed out, I would have got a delivery failure email if it hadn't delivered! I also asked him why, if he hadn't got the dimensions did he not contact me on the 29th July. He couldn't answer either question!
If I hadn't contacted SBS after 13 days, who knows if it would still be going on now!
The claim was then dealt with fairly quickly, however, no quotes were asked for, only two possibilities, Either SBS would sort a carpet and fitter or I accepted a cash settlement. I took the cash as the carpet was 11 years old and I found it hard to find a supplier of the same carpet. Luckily, taking the £100 excess into account I'm only £5 out of pocket.
Not a good experience, and I won't be renewing with Hastings again!

After reading the reviews it appears I must be the most unluckiest home owner as Integra and their third party contractors Questgates have been nothing but lying, dishonest, unprofessional and truly criminal with hidden agendas and delaying tactics at every turn. I question what is the point in insurance when you have the likes of this crowd…..financial ombudsman now involved but Integra know the home owner doesn’t have a leg to stand on so be very very aware! Two years of my life ruined

The whole process was handled really quickly and the contractor did a great job! I’m really pleased with the work (brick wall damaged and needed rebuilding).
However, I did get a little confused with the number of different companies contacting me to arrange the work or about the claim in general. It wasn’t always clear who I was dealing with and for which part of the claim they were contacting me for. Would be excellent if I could just deal with one company.
Overall, a very positive experience.
