We bought our 8 seat rattan dining set almost 9 years ago. We were absolutely delighted when it arrived the quality was amazing. Always a little worried when buying something so big off the internet, but I must say this set is still outstanding today. The covers wash like new every time and everyone comments on how nice it is and it's so comfortable. I can't recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed! Ours is similar to the Oxford table and Heritage chairs but with an oblong table. Delivery Excellent!

Update- I contacted a company part of the same group as still no response. spoke to a very helpful man Andrew who was able to track my order. Hopefully it will arrive without damage. Further update - as of 7th June no parasol delivered. guess what, called the number, left a voicemail as no one answers the phone. Don't hold out much hope that anyone from Internet Gardener will actually respond. Will try Andrew at the other company if all else fails, but how does a business operate when the NEVER call back, never respond to emails. Internet Gardener, you are an absolute joke

I bought the Webb WEWBVAC walk behind vacuum and blower. It was delivered the next day. It was straightforward to assemble and prepare for use. The Briggs & Stratton engine is easy to start and seems quite powerful both in terms of suction and self propulsion.
I am very pleased with my purchase and with the service I recaived from The Internet Gardener and would recommend both without reservation.

10/10 - highly recommend. I was a little jubious placing an order after reading old reviews but was so tempted by the fantastic products and fair pricing, I decided to proceed with my order on a credit card to cover myself.
The communication was fantastic from the director and the customer service team, as I contacted them for a delivery date. Caroline is who I dealt with, and she was very accomodating and helpful. My order only took a few weeks, I ordered a 44m log cabin so thought it would be a while, but it was a quick turnaround. I was asked to directly call Mercia, the wholesaler and organise a date which I thought was very sensible to cut out the middle man. The delivery was spot on. I received a date and time frame 2 weeks before, and the morning of delivery was given a 2 hour time slot which arrived on the minute I was told. So I was thrilled.

I was even more impressed when I saw the lodge turn up. It was delivered individually so you need room on your drive to unload. The reason for this was because the wood is such good quality, it's heavy so can't be bulked wrapped. We erected the lodge ourselves and are absolutely thrilled with the amazing quality of the product. It took 3 of us build it in 1 day, and we couldn't be happier.

We have already been asked by neighbours where we got it, and they are planning on placing an order for themselves. Its honestly fantastic and the service was faultless.

I will definitely be using this company again. The lodge was over half the price of Robert Dyas, who have usless customer service and are well overpriced. So a very happy customer and so pleased I went with my gut feeling and placed the order. Thanks so much.

I can honestly say that I received excellent customer service from Internet Gardener from start to finish. It can sometimes feel a little risky ordering big purchases online, but I didn't need to worry. I had a slight issue with a fault on part of the sofa and so contacted IG and spoke with Caroline. She contacted the manufacturer and kept me fully informed as to how and when the issue would be resolved. She was professional and a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

I was so happy to received my lovely patio table from Internet Gardener. They phoned me to arrange a delivery date to suit me and it arrived well packaged. Thank you.

Still waiting for my delivery from October last year !! This is a disgrace !!

What a pity that this review does not give the option to allocate zero stars, for if ever a company deserve this then this is surely it. Having read other comments you like me have been taken for a ride. Can anyone out there shed any details on who have been appointed to deal with the Insolvency this company are now advocating. I and am sure many others would like to get my money back and not allow this disgraceful company to get away with it. The owners must be bought to task as our only crime was to order from them in the first place.

Nothing to show for nearly £500.
Paid nearly 500 pounds for goods I will now clearly not receive. Not getting very far with my credit card company however as their delivery terms were quite non-committal ("strive to deliver goods within 30 days"). Is anyone getting anywhere with their claim? If so please share how!
