It took a while to get over slowly losing my partner to cancer. In some ways I never will, but eventually I was ready to look for someone new. I decided the Internet wasn’t the route for me. My future was worth investing in, and deserved help from someone who knows and understands both me and the person I am meeting. I took a deep breath and contacted Intro NW. I met with Tiffany and we had a long discussion to give her a full understanding of me and what I was hoping for in the future. The first couple of introductions were very nice, but we weren’t quite right for each other. The magic wasn’t there. And then came the person who I want to be with every day and all day. We are about to take a long holiday together (sharing costs), and I truly believe this will be the start of a life-long partnership. Cross your fingers for us!

My experience with Intro has been a great success story. Not only have they matched me with my ideal partner, they have created a welcoming and safe process whereby their customer service is wonderful. They are always at hand if you need to chat things through.

Annabel is the perfect matchmaker! With so many facets and an extraordinary network of connections, it feels like you’re in safe hands with her. She radiates warmth, is perceptive and honest - super happy about Intro NW.

Hundreds of pounds taken from me and no service provided.
I paid Annabel an initial fee of several hundred pounds before she admitted that unless I lost weight she would be incapable of matching me with anyone. I am 3 stone overweight at 5’ 4” and 13 and a half stone. In Annabel’s words, “I can’t show your profile to my clients. How would you like it if I showed you the profile of someone who was overweight like you?” I was this weight when Annabel accepted me as a customer and took my money.
I believe that there are not enough people on Annabel’s books, that her contacts are limited and, therefore, my weight is being used as an excuse. I asked for a refund as she was unable to provide me with any service at all for the money I have paid. She has refused both the refund and to provide me with any service. I am now starting on the complaints process with the Dating Agency Association and will provide updates here of progress.
