I purchased this 2011 Ferrari California V8 from Basheer at Invictus in January 2025 and the experience from start to finish has been excellent. Buying a car like this is always a big decision, but Basheer was very patient on the day and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure, which immediately gave me confidence.

Since owning the car, I’ve continued to use Invictus for both a Minor Service and a Major Service, and the standard of work and communication has been first class throughout. Everything has been clearly explained, and I was kept fully up to date with progress videos and updates along the way, which is something I really appreciated.

They also carried out some bodywork repairs for me after the car unfortunately slipped on a jack, and again the work was handled professionally and efficiently with a great result.

It’s rare to find a specialist who is this transparent, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Basheer and the team at Invictus Porsche Specialist to anyone looking to buy or maintain a prestige vehicle. I’ll definitely continue using them going forward.

I bought a Range Rover sport from this dealership earlier this year and it has been a terrible experience.very very bad , do not buy from them, myself l didn’t listen when l was told that it is a bad garage

Shortly after purchase, the engine warning light came on. The car was sold with a warranty, but despite repeated calls and messages, I have been completely ignored. Communication was great when they wanted the sale, but once I paid, everything changed.

I am extremely unhappy with how I’ve been treated. A business should stand by its vehicles and honour its warranty, not avoid customers when problems arise.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise people not to buy from this garage, and to be especially cautious when dealing with Basheer. Once you’ve paid, getting support seems impossible.

Last year I traded a Porsche 911 (my car) for a Porsche Macan (Invictus). The sales process and dealing with them was very good - hence the 3 stars. Bashir and his brother were a pleasure to deal with and I could not fault them. The issue came when I realised shortly afterwards that the Macan had come - minus the parcel shelf. I alerted Bashir who told me that the previous owner had taken out and he would get it to me...6 months, several calls and now dead silence - I still dont have it. I am now faced with buying a second hand one...not the end of the world - but not really the service the guys sold me on at the outset.

My experience of buying a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S with Invictus was a dream for me, the staff, the Owner, so informative, and explained to exactly how things work.

From the start I was a bit scared of part exchange my vehicle, which was a bit old for his showroom, straightaway they accepted it, and gave me a fair value which was my greatest worry. He kindly invited me to come to the dealership to view a few cars. I wanted to buy a 911 Convertible and the one my heart really wanted was the 911 Carrera 4S Coupe. Basheer offered me a fair discount, and I couldn’t say no.

Fantastic history, the 911 has been so amazing. With Basheer advice, I was also able to sell my Porsche Panamera for good money.

Invictus has been fantastic, looking after my Porsche 911 and Range Rover. They have serviced and done the maintenance that I have needed over the years. Highly recommend them. They are transparent, honest and above all the service is first class.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever come across I called these people try to negotiate with them on a £35,000 car only did was talk down to me, insulting me I cannot believe the way these people sell cars so I went to the main dealers and bough got better better deal and better treatment not insulted this is Ita a few people that I’ve spoken to other people, and I think they’re gonna give their reviews buyers be aware. I would like to point out yes I did try buy one in 2024, but I wasn’t happy with the finance broker they used and I think they don’t use them anymore, I wonder why, but the abusive language that come from the person on the other side of that telephone I’m in business myself and that’s something I would not ever ever tolerate.

Don’t believe a word they say! Don’t believe the positive reviews. They sell dangerous vehicles with zero accountability! Very nice and charming to hook you in. When it all starts to go wrong, very difficult to get hold of. I would trust this garage or the people that operate it.
