When it comes to floor salesmen of a car dealership, I'm sure we've all had our share of bad experiences. Overall, I have been to twelve dealerships, and aside from Rea Ford in Monticello, (which was exceptional) all the others do nothing more than attempt to extract whatever they can from you. These guys however, are different. . . Within an hour we had the car picked out and went home! No one breathed down our neck or followed us around the lot! We were permitted to stroll about the premises at our own leisure, where we thoughtfully pondered the estate of our own situation. In other words, we were not rushed. When you're rushed, you make bad decisions! We then went back inside where we decided on the vehicle, (a fuel efficient 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage) chose the color, and returned a few days later. The paperwork took less than twenty minutes and then we went home! The whole experience was almost surreal, in the way that regular car dealers operate! The Salesman "Xavier" was absolutely wonderful! Jose "The General Manager" was equally as professional, and Lamar Turman "The Finance and Insurance Manager" went above and beyond his services to ensure a smooth transaction in an area which pertained to all the financial material that would have the common buyer truly flummoxed!
