I purchased 2 merino wool Fairisle base layers and the quality and feel is fantastic they are lovely and warm and look good enough to wear on their own. Isobaa delivered very quickly and kept me informed of the status of my order at all times, I highly recommend and will definitely be buying more items.

FULL OF HOLES AFTER A FEW WASHES!
After a few wears and washes my Isobaa merino base layer is full of holes.
It was bought from Sports Pursuits. I thought it was extremely thin when it arrived but decided to keep it.
I contacted Isobaa and they were not interested in the least. They are just passing the buck!
The Item was made in China.
Do not buy any merino products from Isobaa as the quality is very poor. They will be riddled full of holes after a few washes!!

Merino wool is a natural fabric and needs gentle care. Washing too hot, spinning too fast, or contact with zips or velcro can cause holes sooner than expected. However, our products are still made to be worn and washed, and we stand by their quality.
All our products have a two year warranty. As this item was bought from a third party, they need to handle the refund or replacement, as they are the seller. This is not us passing responsibility, but the correct process for third party purchases. If the seller is unable to honour the warranty, we will step in to help.
We’re sorry your experience was disappointing and for any frustration caused.

Delivery times are a joke
Delivery times are a joke. This is the second time I have paid £4.99 for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and waited a week for Isobaa to get the item to them. Royal Mail are still not in receipt of my parcel even though Isobaa claim to have dispatched to them a week ago! Never again.
Standard expected A.I. reply below. Perhaps you could explain about estimated delivery due to your distribution from EU before purchase!

Your order is shipping from our EU warehouse, which means there is an additional transit stage before it reaches Royal Mail in the UK. Once Royal Mail receive the parcel, it is sent using the RM48 tracked service. The delivery timeframe for RM48 begins after Royal Mail have the item in their network, not from the point it leaves our EU warehouse.
We appreciate that this wasn’t clear and apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our team is continuing to monitor your parcel and it should reach Royal Mail this week so final delivery can proceed.

Excellent Garments
I have half a dozen short sleeved polo shirts in different colours - stylish, fit well, warm when wet. Pleased to see that they are now available in muted greens/browns. (I'm 6'3, 44' chest, XL hugs nicely but XXL if you'd like more room.)
