Itison now charging a service charge for the deal ! I should read the small print more , lady I spoke with was very nice sadly our experience at hotel was not the best , arrived at 15.00 no bar open , went to go to the swimming and it was mid renovations , also kids swimming lessons going on !
Staff very pleasant , and after paying to upgrade our room it was lovely ,with a comfortable bed , we didn’t rate the menu and misunderstanding with our order left my wife eating solo , so sadly it wasn’t the birthday treat we expected
