I did a purchase of 6 items and I only received 5 I tried to contact them and no luck, so it’s half good half bad cause the delivery came on time and it was well packed don’t understand where the item was lost?

Order was processed quickly and posted with tracking number. Item was as described and arrived on time. I recommend this seller Thank you.

I cannot get anyone to reply to my emails, calls or messages re being charged twicw for the same transaction, however i keep getting emails to review and special offers etc. SOMEONE PLEASE MESSAGE, CALL OR EMAIL ME ASAP

Great website for all your general vape supplies

I received the wrong items and got no response when I emailed them to correct the issue. I did later receive an automated email asking me to rate them here though, so here's an honest rating. I'm never purchasing from their website again.

Prices appeared great online and shipped and delivered quickly - only problem being that only 2 out of 6 items ordered were included in the delivery. 4 items missing. I have attempted to contact several times with no response. A dispute is being lodged. Always try to support small business, so it’s very disappointing!

Unfortunately they forgot an item in my order,
I tried getting in contact on 3 different platforms and I didn't hear a word back.
I waited over a week to write this review to give the benifit of the doubt but unfortunately no result.
I will not shop again here as items could be missing again in the future.
