Thrilled with the service I received from Ivory Graphics, impressed with the quality of my cards/deck & how helpful they were throughout the whole design & production process - I highly recommend them!

I’ve had packs of playing cards produced for over eight years now by Ivory Graphics. The work is always to a high standard, the team always very helpful, and the packs of cards are always delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Ivory Graphics to everyone. Great people and a great product!

It's very hard to trust quality online if you can't walk in to a printer. But believe me this is top quality work and Ivory really know what they're doing. They have systems in place for proper proofing and expert staff who know the business inside out. They are responsive and their pricing is also competitive. Their customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. The cards I received were expertly printed, extremely high quality. Thanks to Louie in particular who steered me through the process and was very accommodating. I'm a professional designer and I recommend this printing firm for their expertise and service, it's rare to find.

Went with Ivory to fulfil a sizeable client order for customised card decks. Initially their support was great - took a while to get our proofs sorted due to back-and-forth with them, but they got done and client was largely pleased with the way the tester pack looked.

Having had next to no communication from Ivory after the full order was paid for, I was informed over email with no pre-warning that there had been production delays and our cards would not arrive until the end of January, which would have been 2 weeks late for our client to deliver their workshop, of which the cards are a central element.

When raising this over the phone their customer support was less than helpful, and tried to blow us off with the 'production delays, we're busy' spiel. We eventually cancelled the order and went with a local supplier, who were able to fulfil the order to a high quality and deliver it on time. Getting a refund from Ivory for this order required multiple chasers from myself and the MD of the company.

Their products are a good quality... when they arrive. Don't put an order in if you need your products by a certain date - they'll take your money all the same even if they can't fulfil it on time, and will move the goalposts without warning.

I recently worked with Ivory to print my card game. Initially, I was impressed with their prompt and friendly communication. The quoting process started smoothly, and they seemed attentive to my requirements.

However, as I requested updated quotes for minor changes to my specifications, the experience became frustrating. I encountered conflicting quotes and delays in getting clear answers to my inquiries. Despite my repeated follow-ups, it took considerable effort to resolve the discrepancies, causing unnecessary stress and delays in finalizing my order.

That said, I appreciate that the company ultimately provided a confirmed quote, allowing me to proceed with my order. I am looking forward to seeing the quality of the final product, and I hope it meets my expectations.

While I value their initial responsiveness and willingness to resolve my concerns, I encourage Ivory to focus on improving clarity and consistency in their quoting process to ensure a smoother experience for clients in the future. If the quality of the printed product is high, I would consider using their services again.
