Logan Hess told me he was the manager, boss and owner of this company. He YELLED at me when I was asking questions to verify he was really who he said he was. Told me I was useless and rude! He is the one yelling at me! He DEFINITELY does not need to be in customer service if he is going to talk to people the way he did me. I will NEVER do business with this company because according to him, everyone is trained to talk to customers that way! I really wish the owner would listen to some of the calls and maybe he won't have Logan Hess yelling at his potential customers! Good luck to a company with rude employees in the customer service department. If the owner would like to contact me, please do. Otherwise get rid of Logan Hess! He is a rude prick!

Company does not follow DNC regulations and uses the services of telemarketing companies in India who completely ignore our do not call laws.

Logan was incredibly helpful and made it a very simple and streamlined process to get me on a better health insurance plan.

Terrible experience trying to work for this company. They lied to me after I had already spent 100$ getting another state license and after 2-3 meetings spent onboarding. They lied and said meetings could be rescheduled for emergencies and then I had an emergency and they fired me. I had already spent weeks completing tasks for them. Do not work for this company they do not care about anyone with Disabilities. Terrible management hiring process and onboarding. Very unprofessional

Called me at 7:30AM on a Saturday to offer me Obamacare! Go crawl in a hole.

I have repeated asked them not to call me, but to no avail. Got two more calls today. I would never, ever, use a company, service, organization that does not respect my rights or privacy.

Got a cold call from InsureMe and quickly realized I was speaking with AI, who called themselves 'Emma'. The bot was about to xfer me to an agent and was ignoring anything I was asking/saying - flat out refusing to confirm that I was speaking with a bot.
Annoying and gross practices.

Non-stop robocalls spoofing local numbers. Sickening! Never ever do business with spoofing scammers!

Sometimes calls regarding insurance or changes in insurance can be confusing or complicated and people avoid it. Andrew N, made the process so simple, so seamless and really cares to help me get the best coverage possible and also walk away feeling human not like another number.

Robert S is a great broker for health insurance! He explains all my options clearly, his recommendations have always worked out, and if I hear about another program, he talks me through the advantages and disadvantages of switching.

Jacoria was kind and did everything she could to help me very respectful and kind and informative I appreciate all her hard work to help me and my daughter to get a plan that worked for us I would recommend working with her she is very good at her job!

A Recent unexpected health crisis devastated our family an Andrew Novacek 6404 my new agent was so kind a patient with me thru all my crying an me new to now being responsible for decisions being made #1 took the time to calm me down an made me laugh an feel comfortable #2 Andrew took the time to make sure that that my concerns on keeping our primary doctor were addressed #3 Andrew also made sure that i understood what policy i was getting an broke it down to every benefit that was offered an what my co-pay would be on doctors/specialist/medications an. I cant tell you how much i appreciated how Andrew Novacek 6404 was what i belive what was a sincere concern that i was given the best policy that would cover our needs for medical care an also made sure if was also financially affordable for our family . He was kind an really funny at times to help me emotionally thru this process an even when i was interrupting him with questions as i was apologizing he assured me it was ok an took the time to re-explain things. I am so happy that it was Andrew Novacek 6404 who called me because he just made the whole process easy an left me feeling good an secure when it was done. And also got right back to me the next day when i had a concern an again took care of my concerns.
