This site needs closed down. Have spent thousands and have not gotten one single bonus, so I challenged the support team and they have stated that accounts can and will be barred to ensure they don't win. Openly telling people they don't allow people to win. Better burning your money than playing this site. It's a disgrace

Customer for years spent 100000’s. But from today I’m giving up, I haven’t had a promotional box in months even though I do everything to qualify for it. Also the winning is less to non existent now which is a shame because it’s used to be fun. I only play bubbles on jackpot joy but. the site is corrupt, they close accounts if you withdraw, their employees win the jackpots and they have bots playing the bingo set to win so many games an hour....the chat hosts also work on support, so they have all your details, so chances of your ID being cloned is very high, too many staff having access to these details is wrong...avoid at all cost

absolutely terrible they allow fraud and theft i had winnings in my account they allowed someone to add a card thats not in my name not deposit but withdraw my winnings to there account but try blaming me saying its my responsibility how can i stop someone hacking into my account adding a card and withdrawing to a card thats not in my name never deposited money from it absolute joke
